Would it stop you ...

Not sure If this is the right place or not ..

Speaking to another escort  friend of mine in the last few days we were discussing what happened in France in the last few days and we both sort of agreed that we wouldn't tour London any time soon due to what happened in France although I have a tour planned in the New Year London is rarely on my radar .

Another of my friends  was in Lebanon working in the summer only 5 mins not far from where the recent bomb went off and it's was on my list to go to when I'm better

Just wondering If anyone else who tours or lives in London feel the same although obviously if you live in london you can't just stop your daily life

Maybe I have way to much time on my hands at the moment as I'm not working properly but it seems to be one thing after another with Tunisa then the plane crash and now Paris I'm thinking that it won't be to far before the UK gets a hit

I think in a city the size of London, the odds of my being hurt are minuscule even if there is an attack. Most likely outcome would be disruption to work and making no money.

I think that the fact the the UK is an Island  we are  reasonably safe in that we're not that easy to get to .
Although that didn't stop the previous bombs attacks  so who knows

I wonder if it depends on your age. Some of us are old enough to remember the IRA campaigns in the city and go 'so what?' to the prospect of another bunch trying it.

My memory of the 2005 attacks on the tube involves cycling past lots of people in central London with not much to do and unable to get away easily - I suspect that anyone working there then was rather busy.

The other thing to bear in mind is that there is an awful lot of 'survivor sex' in a city after any incident and not everyone is going to have a partner to have it with.

Yep I'm afraid. Anonimous posted a screen shot from a yihadi twitter account stating something is going to happen in London the last week of November worse than Paris. It really scared me. So I just bought a Boris bikes annual pass for 95 pounds and I'm cycling everywhere. I'm not sure it will save me from a terrorist attack but at least I'm sightseeing and getting to do some exercise.
Mornings were made for sleeping, wild sex and bacon.

Really , that's really bloody scary

I was just reading something about Annymonous  hacking the online accounts to take down there media presence so that they dont have a on line presence

30th November is St Andrew day & 24 Nov is Martyrdom of Guru Tegh Bahadu who was a champion of religious freedom, executed for refusing to convert to Islam. That's quiet significant considering that's kind of what  Isis is all about and want

but there is nothing signifant in the other religious calendar on or around that date

Any large City has an equal chance of being a target for terrorism but with what happened in Paris security in London is much higher not that it wasn't high already so tbh if you wanted to tour London now would be the safest time to do it. Those people in Paris just wrong place at the wrong time you have much more chance of being a victim of pick pockets or other petty crime than anything else bad happening to you.

I agree but some more so than others, I mean Wells in Somerset  is a city but I don't think bombing Wells would be high on there list . unless they want to sing in the choir

I think there target would have to be London while its not right to think this I don't think other cities In the UK would get as much interest

If you were planning a major terrorist attack, would you tell the world via Twitter when it was going to be?

If someone's tweeting that, they're doing it to wind people up.

No, I've never changed my plans because of threats from anybody known or unknown, and I'm not starting now :).

I thought the same thing. I don't understand why anonymous would post it on their twitter account. I thought they were smarter than that.
