Hey ladies,
I've come back to working after a few years off due to my endometriosis. I had several surgeries to remove it from my reproductive organs and bowel. I suffer from severe pain, and my profile clearly states that I won't see anyone who is bigger than 6inches. I was just wondering if there was anyone else out there who has endometriosis, or a chronic pain condition, and how you manage to work with it? I had a good weekend, but am a little sore today.

Youch :(. I'll be honest (and this is without having experience of the condition but knowing someone who has), I think I'd be looking at ditching the penetrative sex altogether - would that be an option?
Obviously you can restrict positions too and avoid the more uncomfortable ones, but you shouldn't have to be in pain just to do your job and masking it with painkillers (which I'm sure we've all done, even if just for a headache) isn't a great long term plan - I have to take them for my back or there are days I'd be unable to work or get up, but it's really not ideal.
Even if your doctors has said it's OK to have sex, they're likely assuming you'll be doing it with a trusted partner who will care enough to be gentle, and that's not going to be all punters.

What Amy said
Can you look at doing a massage course and offering massages, possibly Nuru, happy endings either by hand or oral.
Lots of guys come to me for oral, edging and a happy ending, you could possibly offer tie and tease/edging bookings as they are popular.
There are a good few options even without penetrative services and I'm sure if you market we'll then you will have plenty of bookings and feel less stressed and worried about work.
Good luck, it's a horrible condition and I was lucky, my hysterectomy sorted mine as it was very mild and hadn't attached to other bits of me x

I have this and I put the same as you no large cocks
Luckily I don’t get to many flare ups but when I do I simply take days off
Or I offer massage and blow Jobs with reduced rate and they always sell really well x

Thank you guys. I do think penetration is a bad idea, but I was worried that I would make alot less money. How much would you charge for no penetration? EnglishRebecca, how much do you charge for massage with blowjob? x

Hi £60 for 25 mins or 120 for an hour x

Thank you lovely! My rates are currently much higher, and I worry that reducing them might invite some wrong-uns.

This is where being firm is useful, although many contact me who haven't read my fees.
Or just see what happens staying at your current or near current rates.

I would imagine you would be busier at a lower rate and without doing penetrative sex you would be able to handle a higher volume of clients. And I don't think lower rates attract worse clients. Why not just try it and see what happens?

I think you guys are totally right. I am going to give it a go! x

I offer a range of different massages, some can be done on the bed like the B2B, however, I wouldn't recommend doing a regular massage on the bed as it will play havoc with your back eventually, I would recommend getting a massage table.

Taking deposits could help filter out less desirable clientele. Generally, having some kind of obstacles they have to go through to make a booking.

I have just decided to ditch the penetrative sex. After starting to work again, I am in agony - hip spasms, sharp, deep pelvic pain and bad lower back pain. I could cry :'( I thought it would be ok to have sex with guys who were under 6 inches, but even that is agonising.

Endometriosis (I had a fair idea but looked it up again) sounds horrendous and my sympathies to you and all women who are experiencing it. Depending on the earnings you feel you need it is quite possible to do well without penetrative sex completely.
My top 3 clients are not interested in full sex as they're a mixture of tie/tease and edging with oral and hand finishes so this works fine. They pay my full rates too. I am very low volume these days by choice and rarely have sex at all with clients. I've always advertised with emphasis on edging and teasing and used to do a lot of domination whereby it was MY decision how things went and how they finished.
This may not be for you but just another idea to perhaps think about. Oh and any new clients have to confirm that they've read my profile(s) before confirming and most have done so and tell the truth 🙄

Hi girls, is this outside of your bleed you are having this pain?

I have it all the time. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and have had several surgeries. Sadly, painful sex is normal.
