Hey Joanna, sorry I took so long to reply. Getting used to working night shift again.
Anyway, first things first. VICTORIA IS THE BEST STATE FOR A BROTHEL GIRL EVER!
Compared to New South Wales...because...
-CONDOMS AND LUBE SACHETS ARE ON THE HOUSE! I used to have to buy lube and frangers for $10 dollars each, in-house, or purchase it outside.
-Current legislation in VIC on health for sex workers means you have to be checked out every month. Vaginal swabs every months, bloods every three.
A girl may not work without a current D.C. The results are not released to the house though.
When I worked in Sydney, I worked at a couple of brothels that let me start without a DC, when I was young and naive. I suggest asking places before you have one on you if you can start working. Sift the wheat from the chaff.
I consider the conditions of my brothel to be pretty good. Although my new work place has cracks in some places because of the bloody drought, marks (bleach) on the drop sheets, etc. The general going rate is 60:40, lady's favour
This is my work. http://www.scarletlady.com.au/
I get $70 for half an hour, $90 for 45 minutes, and $110 for an hour.
The least I have ever made in an evening was $250, on a Monday night when I was the ONLY girl on. You'd think the odds would be in my favour, but men like to compare, and make their lordly choice from a platter served up to them, as it were.
I know I said don't discuss money in brothels, but Ill say on here what its like for me.
I set myself a goal minimum of $300 per shift, which is 9pm-5am, Mon-Thurs. I usually pull in at least $1200 p/w. Goal setting is important.
Anyway, that's pretty much the standard pricing. Other places will charge more but you're not guaranteed as many clients.
I asked my oh so hot receptionist the other night (I would leave my boyfriend for her if she'd have me!) the other night about certain legalities, (just for you!) You can come over here and work, but it has to be with a licensed agency. You can come work in a brothel, but I don't know if you can do it independently, as you have to be registered, and I'm not certain if travellers are eligible to do that. Ill look into this more...
Anywho, hope Ive been of assistance so far...
