Working in a massage spa... Need advice
« on: 08 November 2010, 06:33:39 pm »

My previous thread from a month+ ago was avoided, not sure why... other than perhaps it was just long winded, or maybe there really are no girls here who have or currently work in a spa?

Ive been leaning towards working for a spa lately. While before escorting, I knew many working girls who could offer tips and advice.. I do not know any girls who have done massage, and would love some advice.

Aside from massaging boyfriends, etc.. ive never done this at all. Ive watched some "porn videos" online of massage girls, but they all end up climbing on top of the client.  I am trying to avoid that and would prefer to only offer hand release.  So getting the technique down on how to go from a massage/rubbing to the grand finale is sort of new to me, especially without being able to have pure freedom in the situation like if it were a boyfriend.  Though, this isnt the biggest worry -- im sure I can figure that all out.

Rather, I am also concerned about working in a spa and it being treated like a brothel.  Has anyone had good experiences in a massage spa VS bad experiences?

I want to book an interview at this place for this week, but need to know what sort of things I should ask to make sure we are all 100% clear on what is expected of me , of course how much i'd be making, my rights, and how much power they have.

Also, when a spa charges room fees -- is that entirely paid to the spa.. and the massage girl ONLY gets her "tip"? Additionally, if anyone has some insight on how much these tips go for..  Do spas have a suggested amount they tell the girls to offer...etc? Im not sure how it all works. Confused  ???

I suspect there isn't the experience here to comment, partly because there are not many 'rub and tug' places in the UK: if it's not genuinely massage only, it tends to be a full-on brothel or very, very, very discreet.

I also suspect that someone wanting a hand job will make it clear one way or another. For a start, you can see if they have an erection when you stop working on their back and start on their front. Even an appreciative-sounding 'hmmm' brings up the issue.

What you really want to be able to do is speak to some of the other staff. They may well see you as competition, but they can tell you things the management may not want to, especially if they are seeking to keep up a pretence it is massage only.
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."
