I am the same as Lovely I have worked from home over 3 years and only once out of the blue did a client turn up at the door.  I refused to see him.

My neighbours keep themselves to themselves and the whole area is exceedingly quiet and I don't go mad only seeing a handful of men a week and some weeks none if e.g. period or not well etc.

Seems to be ok touch wood!  I always get the men to park around the corner and only occasionally does some plonker park outside but I get them to move their car or it is a bit like advertising .....!

Thanks for the reply. I would appreciate more if anyone else has worked in a gated development.

Yes years ago with a friend -got sussed within weeks and they got the caretaker to switch of the intercom for our flat (we switched it back on 😀 easy to do if you know what to do )

Personally a block of flats with a intercom fine/  gate community no especially where clients can be seen coming to a particular house

Find out what sort of people live there if it's mainly young working professionals then Prob ok if it's lots of nearly dead OAP with nothing to do or mums at home with the kids all day

Also find out if it's in a neighbourhood watch scheme  punters aren't the smartest and 2/3 guys a day wandering around could make it look suspicious

If u live there and it's your home you will have to ride it out should you get a problem
