I do take a break from working on my period as it just seems to “stuff” everything up in the wrong way
You have to literally let your body DETOX

I remember once I had a booking period came
I shoved a tampon too far up Lol

I left my flat cup in the whole time I had Covid, I was wondering why my period was so weird........

Soooooo, yeah, sod that flat cap, I have decided to just say I am available for massage and such, some men just want to play with the boobage anyway.
Though if I am seriously bloated and in pain I won't be going anywhere.

I don't work through my period but 3 times when there was just the tiniest trace of blood occasionally I have worked.  To be honest you wouldn't even notice it it was so little, but being paranoid and feeling slightly guilty I have used beppy sponges for those times.  This resulted in me being twice to A&E and once to the doctors.  The second A&E visit was excruciating, the hottest doctor ever (they didn't have any female docs free) fishing out a smelly used sponge.  Never again.  I just wouldn't put myself through the shame again!  ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D

Hi there, I’m in my late 40’s and found it such a pain I got the Merina coil put it. It’s amazing! No more bleeding at all, just a tiny drip sometimes but it’s magic! You’re fully protected. First few weeks it gave cramps on and off but it’s so worth it. Perhaps you should look into it.

hello ladies... I am not one to let anything deter from making money, especially periods. For a bit of background I only work one two days a week so I Mother Nature calls and I've already spent money booking a place I cant really afford to not work.

Any advice on what to use? At the moment I just use a regular sponge that I cut into a smaller piece but I once worked with this girl who had these specific period sponges?

Thanks!

Have you not read through this thread? personally I wouldn’t be sticking anything up me that’s not designed for that purpose. I work during my period and just offer reduce services and only 15 mins and 30 min bookings. I ensure clients know in advance and rarely have a cancellation. Most are more satisfied with just OWO and anal anyway.

::) Same thing happened to me and I thought never again! I was convinced I had toxic shock syndrome. I just wouldn't work on my periods after that.

Hi,

I was wondering if a lot of you work during their period ?
Have you ever had any complain about the smell (even with a sponge inside) if the client decides to give you oral ? Or if there is a bit of a "red tint" at the top of the condom for example
Do you change your sponge between each client ?

Thanks

You will find some men to be really squeamish about blood, so the merest hint of it on a condom will freak them out. If they are prolific reviewers, they will mention the fact you're working through your period. Obviously don't let this deter you, some men are incredibly infantile and ignorant when it comes to menstruation.

I know that when I used to menstruate, I tasted a lot more metallic. While I was happy to have sex with boyfriends during my period, I would never have do so with a paying a client. But, many do work through their period, so it is up to you to find a way that suits you/your clients.

Another option is to not work during (the heaviest part of) your period, or else offer a limited service of oral (on him) and hand relief.

I work during my period but I tell prospective clients when they first enquire and leave the choice with them.

A lot decide to leave it but some still like to go ahead. I don't bother using sponges or anything similar.

I came on my period in a booking once and I said to the client do you want some refund I’m so sorry and he said “F that” let’s carry on. He was fit as well. Can’t say I was that comfortable being this familiar but he was fine.

I have worked through my period for 7 years I have huge mortgage and other family relying on me financially and I work like a dog. Never had a client complain or any reviews written about me. I change the sponge between each client to make myself feel more secure that it won’t leak.

Personal choice, but I never worked through a period or used sponges. I think it's healthy to have a little break each month, and be relaxed during bookings, not stressed about leaks, smells etc.

Me either, I had an ectropion when I first started so used to spot very often so brought one of those period flat cups and it worked for that, but didn't pass muster for my actual period and frankly I couldn't handle that stress, the sheets are completely white, there is no hiding when it comes to any leaks.
