maybe that's the whole point of them lol, that they're inconspicuous, coz I've been using Ramen-baby sponges and you can
definitely feel them with your finger..

Yeah, at first it looked a bit daunting, especially compared to a tampon, but you moisten it slightly, either with water or lube and once it's in you don't feel it
I don't normally work during my period, and if I do it's normally towards the end when I've pretty much stopped, so despite a lot of girls here mentioning them, it was a bit of a revelation when I tried it!

I got my period this morning quite unexpectedly! I was so stressed because I had hotel booked for couple of next days and booking already lined up, but I used baby sponge and worked out perfectly. Luckily, because my periods are so heavy 

A period can last upto 10 days, if you are still bleeding heavily at 11 days make an appointment with your doctor. If it is light or spotting then it is a common side effect of the injection and you'll just have to wait it out.

I've had the most rubbish week, haven't been able to accept one booking, as have been honest about having a period.  Since I had the contraceptive 3 month injection last week, I have now had a period for 8 days, and it shows no sign of abating!  I am not sure what to do now, whether to wait and see if it finishes over the weekend or get back to the clinic?  Anyone got any experience of this?  Thanks.

I am on the pill and only have when finish the pack for three days. But you can take not having a break for your periods to become less of. Maybe a change in conception will alter your periods. It looks like it doesn't agree with your body.

I had a client and when finished notice a bit of blood, not sure if he noticed anything. Was few days early.
Another client later so used cotton inside as had nothing else.
Client did not notice anything, but I could not get thing out and did end up in hospital to remove it.

Got the sponge to be prepared next time and worked well. Next day went for dinner date with regular, when got back I
was heavily bleeding, which doesn't happen that often. The sponge did not work.
Was honest and explained, was very embarrassed and told him that, was happy to give him some money back, but he was very understanding and spent some time talking instead.

The sea sponge is really great, so next time I am planning to use it again if not bleeding too heavily.

The sponge is good for shorter bookings say 1 hr and 30 minutes as it cannot absorb much. I buy any sponge is just as good one was 99p. For some reason when on my period clients want lots of squirting. By passing the sponge is challenging, 😊
