Flex fits are the best thing I have ever bought !  Can use for 12 hours sex swimming etc and if I’m paronoid about leakage whilst using one I use coloured condoms

I do'nt feel well enough to work the first couple of days.  After that I see how I am feeling.  I offer anal so I either use Beppy and do vaginal still as usual or mention it is mother nature and that I can just do oral and anal services.

I am really hoping they stop soon.  I am 56 and have had enough of them!  I had an 8 month reprieve then they returned in September!

It stops me doing tours too as I never can plan they have been erratic for over three years and apart from a nasty migraine coming beforehand can't tell when it will appear as the migraine can drag on for weeks.

If men had periods there would be more help available oh well joys of being female.

I use baby wipes. I wash 2 of them with warm water, fold them and put them inside. It's very easy to remove and if you change them for every booking you won't have an accident.

that might not be suitable for everyone as it will mess up the PH levels or leave an itch at the very least, If I use them to wipe myself they sting so I have to use proper toilet wipes. I might try those water wipes (to wipe) though as they sound more gentle x

I really wouldn't advise doing that... They're not sterile and could shed fibres.

I would get thrush in no time if I put baby wipes up my vagina.  Mine is too sensitive for too many foreign bodies.

I know it's not the best but the sponges are so hard to remove....that's why in general I avoid working at this time of the month.

Same. Last time I had to get it removed in A&E. Hence it being my last time using sponges. It’s a pain taking the time of my period off, especially as mine can last up to a week, but I just don’t work it now.

Ladies try the flex disposable cups they are made so you can have sex during this time. They are a bit messy at first when you take them out but they are a life saver if you dont want to reduce services, if not make a big thing about blow job special services during that time x

Or contact this jolly chappy when the painters and decorators are in. We could see him on a rota on appropriate days. Problem solved.

I am still quite new and I thought about it beforehand and I brought one of those flat menstrual cups because they are designed for it.  They are great when you have a bit of heavy spotting but once the full flow came in, it was useless.  I don't think it fits every woman very well....so that was £24 down the drain.

I took the heavy days off last month and this month coincides with my holiday but I am still unsure about next month, maybe I will go the sponge and black condom route. My ex used a menstrual sponge and found it really effective but I doubt I will fancy working on the two heavy flow days anyway as I am just too uncomfortable (I tend to bloat REALLY badly).  x

There are techniques to help the sponges come out.

Open legs in squat position really wide, put shower head in direction of your vagina and it will help ease it out.

Ideally wait half an hour after a booking although not viable if we are doing bookings without much of a gap.

One time my Beppy got stuck inside and I had to go to the walk in centre and make up an excuse.

I also find when the period is very light but still needs a beppy or sponge inside for the booking that my vagina can feel a bit chafed.  Although that may be from too much wiping as my recent flow was quite heavy so I might have made it quite sore.

I put a bit of Lanacane on twice yesterday and feel good to go today.

I think I will get better quality toilet paper next period ....  Too much vigorous wiping can't do my private parts much good!

Personally I think it's unwise to work during your period. It's only 4-5 days a month, and it serves as a natural break to give your body a rest, focus on other stuff (marketing, for example). It also won't do your reputation any good if punters realise - unless you're offering period play, of course.

Very good point made by Kay here. Thank you. Yes I personally prefer to take a little break to give my body some rest for those 4/5 days, and refrain from accepting any bookings when I'm on my period. And instead I tend to tweak my AdultWork profile a bit, upload new pictures to my private gallery, go on DirectCam, etc.  :)

I do take a break from working on my period as it just seems to “stuff” everything up in the wrong way
You have to literally let your body DETOX

I remember once I had a booking period came
I shoved a tampon too far up Lol
