I worked the other day on the 2nd day of my period (always my heaviest day). Used a sponge for a 2 hour booking, first hour went by fine but by the 2nd, I’d started to leak and even when I went to change the sponge I was obviously bleeding a little too much because that one didn’t soak up anything very well.

Luckily my client was okay about it, and I was only seeing him that day anyway.
At least now I know not to work at all if it’s the 1st or 2nd day of my period Cos nothing, least not a sponge, is stopping my flow!

I've never posted before,I just usually read...But maybe I can help somebody? I've started using Norethisterone (it's a period delay pill)...So I try to buy at least 60-90pills (from Superdrug and Lloyds online doctor )and take 3 pills daily like for the first week, and then 2 pills daily( as the hormones build up and my breasts do get very tender)...You have to take it 2-3 days before your period starts, and it will delay it completely...The downside is that when I stop taking it my period comes heavier than usual, and I get more cramps than usual...So now I just buy enough pills to work like for a month or so without stopping and put enough money together ( I do escorting like 3-4 days weekly) then take a couple of weeks off for my period...
Have any lady tried Norethisterone before?

I get prescribed it a few times a year as I wont have a period for a couple months then when I do get a period I dont stop bleeding (heavily) for months making me really ill. I swear by them!! All contraceptive makes me constantly bleed and this seems to be the only thing that stops them. I take 2 tablets on the day I get them and the following day it has stopped so I stop taking the pills to save them for next time as then I wont have a period for a month or so after those 2 tablets.

Hi. So I don’t ever have periods. When I do it’s a small amount of bleeding, nothing that requires a pad etc. But it does mean I can’t offer penetration or RO because it would inevitably end up with the condom + clients tongue having something horrid on it.

Since I never have periods when this happens (it would seem once or twice a year) it’s a complete surprise to me and there’s no cramps with it so I can’t predict it at all.

Ergo I find myself in this situation again this year (last time was March/April I believe).
And having incalls booked ive had to explain to clients that I won’t be able to offer RO or penetration in their sessions.

Would you be blunt and just explain that you’ve got your period ?
Or a different excuse ? Cancel them altogether ?
Be honest and give them the choice ?

Thanks for your advice in advance x

I had a surprise period during a tour and it only effected my last booking so I thought why not tell him and I did. He was totally fine with it and grateful I was honest. I was very light so he wasn’t bothered with having penetration with condoms and towels handy. It barely effected him and although I was worried what would appear when he removed himself I was surprised to see how little it was.

I had just started and so it was only spotting. I know some guys in my personal life you mention the P word and they run a mile. Decent guys accept that it’s natural and work around it. 1 guy I know LOVES it.....eeeek!

I've no patience with men who don't understand women's biology. I'm 52 and my last 'proper' period was in June 2018, but since then I've had two surprise one and a couple of breakthrough bleeds. I just tell clients and let them decide whether to carry on or cancel if it's just 'staining', but if it's full-on bleeding I ask for a rain check.

If you’re worried about it affecting business, you could always use beppy sponges. Just keep them around in case you come on. I have a monthly period, so if I didn’t use them I’d have had to take 1 week off a month. As long as you change them between each client if you’re heavy, I never had a leakage

Thankyou for the tip. I might get some for future surprises. I’ve never used them before though. And I’d be too worried about leaks etc probably xx

They’re pretty easy to insert. If the client is big and pushes them up it might take a little squatting and reaching to get them out but they’re big enough not to get stuck or lost lol. They absorb a hell of a lot so popping one in just before a client then taking it out afterwards there should be no leakage or evidence on the condom at all. I swear by them and I’m an extremely heavy bleeder

I use the sponges too, although I did leak during a booking even after stopping to change it for a new one. But that’s the only time I’ve leaked. I wouldn’t work if it was my first or second day of bleeding because I’m heavy and in too much pain for sex and being touched anyway.

I got given wrong (and bad) advice that you can re use the sponges if you clean them. I got the worse case of thrush I’ve ever experienced so DONT re-use! (This may be obvious to some people but it was a lady at a sexual health clinic who told me I could use them again!!!)

I buy a pack of 8 off of amazon every month and use one per client if I’m working on my third or fourth period day.

Ps - years ago, I came on my period during a booking and told the client - he actually found it a big turn on.. each to their own, eh!

I don't! Never told a client I have a period.

Oh I see unexpected bleeding, that's a drag.

I always have my hand over the condom when they withdraw so they have no visuals and I distract them if one in a million there's a speck of blood.
I also have lots of thick wipe-up paper at hand's reach and cover his cock as I remove the condom. That again blocks the visuals.
I do all the clean up so it's a bit of magician hand-eye distraction.

It didn't occur to me to stop working during my periods doing this job.... how many years!
I bung an extra tampon up sideways and 'don't panic carry on'. The tampon is so effective no significant blood escapes.

I have tons of sponges but rarely bother unless he's a obsessive oral giver or finger poker.

A few threads on this around here I think.

It depends if I needed the money. Yes.... Say nothing using a sponge inside.

No.... Sorry, I am fully booked.

One of the reasons these are made are to have sex during your period. I love them and started using them instead of tampax  https://flexfits.uk/
And dark coloured condoms of course x
