Well the original purpose of the Buddy section here was to help people in exactly this situation to find security contacts, but it's been a bit swamped by posters after more social stuff which is fine too (and lately by the Whats App brigade, which wasn't the plan at all).

You could still post a thread in there and ask, even if it's just for one particular booking - I've done this a handful of times when aome ody's been stuck and so have plenty of us
