working after laproscopic sterilisation
« on: 17 September 2019, 09:20:08 am »
Heya,

I got sterilised earlier this month. I took two weeks off and saw my first client yesterday. He wasn't particularly rough but I feel like my ovaries have been punched and my cervix is raw. I cancelled my client today and I'm scared to see anyone.

I spoke to a few women I know who have had the procedure and they gave me varying times that it took them to recover before they could have sex. I feel fine physically, but sex nearly floored me. Does anyone know how much more time to give it, or what to say to clients when I need them to be gentle?

thanks
x

From what I remember of mine, & mind you it's been 30 years now, I believe they told me 6 weeks. What did the docs say?
An American on a British site, still learning the slang😉

Sorry to bump but wanted to answer.

Doctor's said "when you're ready" so I gave it a week which felt like id been kicked in the stomach. I recommended 2-3 weeks and then taking it really easy.

So glad I got it done though.
