What do you actually want to do?

Unless you're pining for the surgery, doing it in the hope that enough new clients to replace the old ones will like it to cover the costs of surgery plus time off recovering seems very optimistic.

I want to get mine done for me. I want the naturally looking tear drop shape not the basketball one. If it increases business then great. Men love big tits, but probably don't like fake ones. I'm shocked you didn't see an increase Sandra :(

Thanks for the responses :) I'm currently a D and I was thinking of going to DD. The response seems very negative towards having it done, so I'm steering towards not doing it. I must stress though, for me to have enhancements done as a business decision, even if it isn't just a personal cosmetic desire, would be for me, as to be as successful as possible in this industry is what I want. The two come hand in hand.

I think there is a kind of assumption that all men like bigger boobs, whether real or fake whereas I've found certainly that for many guys this isn't so. For other guys the size of boobs isn't as important as other things, too many to mention!

I don't think the response has been particularly negative its just I think not to assume that it will necessarily increase business. But obviously totally your call, good luck with your decision.

Hey zoe  :)

I'm contemplating getting my breasts done too! I have researched the best doctor and everything and i'm just saving up right now. I had a look around AW and messaged a few girls who I thought had perfect boob jobs.

There always seems to be a negative feeling (especially when speaking to clients) about breasts implants. I have no idea why but when it is presented to them they probably won't not say no (if that makes sense)
Like my ex would bang on about how much they hated me wearing makeup and how I don't need it but when I wear it they would salivate like dogs.

I think the most important thing is to get your breasts done with someone who is amazing and can make them look at natural as possible! Bad breast implants is what everyone hates.

I think even though people rag on it being big busted actually has a quite big "market" and i have noticed certain people have found it easier to do well because they have them.  This is not a general statement. It might be tied to other factors but I have a certain person/people in mind when I say this.

Not everyone will love them but some people will if they're something you want then you should go ahead! just make sure you spend ages finding the perfect doctor and always remember that sometimes cheaper is not better. You want perfect looking breasts if you have to pay for them  ;D
Also sign up for real self! The plastic surgery website. Thousands of reviews.

if you want to have a look at the surgeon I picked (I can honestly say his work is great) please feel free to PM me.

Fat grafting, give it a Google. Long as you have the fat to spare. Feels like I've been saving forever though as it's double the price plus flights to america. I put a deposit down to get fake ones then saw one too many bad jobs and freaked out and researched the f out of fat grafting. It is So hard to find a good clinic in UK so I'm getting it done in LA. But best of both worlds, big(er) natural bubs

Thanks for the responses :) I'm currently a D and I was thinking of going to DD.

I had to look up what that was: going from staggeringly average to barely above average.

It sounds like the equivalent of a man paying to have his penis lengthened from 6" to 6 1/2" - if they can't live without it, good luck, but most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

It's your decision, but you could get more business for a lot less money (and risk) than this.

I got implants a few years ago and can't say business increased or decreased. Some men like them, some do not. A lot of guys can't tell I have implants as they look so natural ( so I've been told).

If you're already a D cup I really don't see why you should go up. D is pretty big and if they are natural I think a lot of guys prefer it.

I'm happy I got mine done as I was quite small before but sometimes I wish I hadn't gone quite so large!

I'd have to agree with Ian - going from D to DD hardly seems worth the pain, risk of complications, time off work, and expense. Yet if you go bigger you can look out of proportion and they're less likely to look real. Maybe a lift rather than implants is the answer?

But, I think there are easier/better ways to boost business (especially if you're more GFE than PSE).

I got mine done when I just turned 19, 5 years later no regrets at all. I think it either boosted business or it stayed the same.

You have to do it for yourself. I was a B cup and felt that I had almost no cleavage in a little black dress. I went to a D cup and just love how I look in bodycon dresses now, men really take notice of me more as I used to just rely on showing as much leg as possible.

I've had a lot of clients who have said they're surprised that they like the look and feel of my boobs, some recently saying they didn't think I had implants. You just have to warn men when they start to squeeze hard...

As an escort, I'm considering having breast enhancements done to tryt and boost my income. After speaking to some of my punters though, who are very much against the idea, I'm worried that it will result in me losing income, rather than making any. So I'm asking those girls who have had it done, did you notice a difference in your income as an escort? Was it a positive or a negative one? Is it something you would recommend as a business decision for someone working as a full-time escort?

Thanks!

I had my boobs done and while 50% of my clients liked the idea......50% hated the idea.

It really is one of those things where you'll attract as many clients as you will put off with breast implants.

I had mine done anyway and regretted it so had them taken out the following year. After having them taken out, they have to cut away excess skin which means more scarring however I am very happy with the shape of them now and how pert they are.

I took 6 weeks off when having them removed, was completely healed but having sex and all the sucking and squeezing of my boobs when I returned to work meant there was a lot of pressure on fresh scars so therefor I'm going to have to have scar revision later down the line. I would only do this if I was retired from escorting otherwise switch from escorting to massage and H/R only. Obviously I would have to go on courses for massages first because I'm hopeless at them now I think.

Thankfully my scars are completely white so there are no red raw or purple scars so they are easier to hide but I know they are there so for my own personal reasons, I would like to have more surgery to correct them.

It's a lot to think about. Surgery doesn't always go well and it costs a lot of money plus all the money you loose on recovery time.

xx

I don't know a lot about it (and I'm never likely to being a G cup) but thousands of pounds plus surgery, pain and recovery time including loss of earnings to go up one cup size seems pretty unnecessary to me too?

Somebody further up mentioned a 'lift'; if it's the shape or position of them you don't like I'm sure there must be something you can have done without putting fake stuff in your body? I can't imagine the punters who like huge fake tits will be that fussed about DDs if they were D's to start with and lots of them certainly like natural ones so I doubt you're missing out on much business with them as they are :).

I used to think that being very small breasted meant that men wouldn't look at me. As I've gotten older I've found qquite the opposite. I have a tidy figure, good skin partly because I avoid the sun, and great hair once iI stopped dying and trying to style it.

A big smile, hair brushed and learning to dress get the attention without surgery or scars.

So true Mirror!  I think partly because the stereotypical escort is big breasted it makes a lot of ladies think thats all guys like, whereas though of course its true lots of guys like big boobs, just as many don't!

Most guys actually comment how they love small breasts, obviously if they are booking me then that will be their preference anyway, but still nice to hear.

Doesn't mean to say I haven't vaguely considered it, but yes ladies you are more than your breasts! An awful lot of guys, in my experience anyway, want the full package.  Just as many guys like slender, long legged soft skinned ladies with small busts, as the opposite.

The recovery time has always put me off also.
