I've never had fillers but had Botox, been getting it done since I was 23 I think lol as a preservative, I don't have any wrinkles but I want to avoid them ever getting there lol. You get it done and have little lumps where they inject you but that goes away in about a half hour to an hour! No need to take anytime off work. I literally go in when I am out doing banking and what not.

Make sure you use an actual doctor and not a beautician.

I go to the SKIN clinic for mine and there is a SKIN clinic in Belfast, they are the best.

I've never had laugher lines done, I must not laugh a lot as I don't have any lines at all there lol but I have my full forehead done and my frown line done. I am due my next appointment in 3 weeks time.

First time you have it done will only last about 3 months, second time you have it done will last 4 or 5 months then after that you should only need it done twice a year.

Hiya ladies.
I'm booking to have my boobs done in March, it will be just the implants, hopefully with the incision underneath the breast.
To those of you that's has this procedure; how long did you need off work?
Thanks x

I think you should make sure you have enough money to take as much time as you need, incase there are complications or infections that will slow healing, you never know and you've spent such a lot of money on the procedure you don't want to undo the good work.

I've had breast uplift and reduction and really struggled with healing as I was allergic to the sutures, and because I was stressing about healing it slowed even more. So you don't want to be stressing about work or money when healing.

In my opinion lipo didn't work for me and was very painful for little difference, I agree with Paris it's not a weight loss fix.

Botox and fillers you don't need time off, botox for me lasted 6 months the first time then 5 & 4 now I'm down to every 3.

Best advise save more than you need and plan for the boredom whilst healing!

Yes but it was a mini one not a full one where they reposition your belly button or give you a new one

I think I was off for 6 weeks maybe a bit longer.   I know I definatly had sex when I was on hloudly if that' helps  ;D

I had it done at Xmas time so around the week before Xmas then went on holiday in jan  for three weeks so def a min of 6 weeks before I went back to work. But I had factored in for 8 -10 weeks off

But mine was quite simple operation , just reopening a previous C section scar removing the excess bit of skin which wasn't a lot and tightening up the stomach muscles

The whole op took about 1 hr from start to finish  and it's not visible even in underwear / beach wear as the scar is very very low down and not that wide either

A full tummy tuck takes a lot longer to do operation wise and probably longer to recover from as well I think the scaring is a lot more noticeable as you will probably have a scar from the belly button to pubic bone ( going downwards if you get the idea ) and one going from hip to hip like a C section scar but bigger

Only you would know what you need /want .I knew I wanted/ needed  a mini tummy tuck because my stomach wasn't fat if that makes sense

If you want any more info feel free to PM me

You will need a full tummy tuck if you have a beer belly type belly but if it's mainly because of a C-section and you have lost the stomach muscles and have a small bit of loose skin then a mini tummy tuck is what you need

Do some reasearch and compare pictures so you know what u want because I saw a lot of surgeons
( well medical advisors all from the big chains like transform,  Harley medical &  hospital group ) and they all said f/ TT - cynically I think because it's more money

I also I paid privately to have 3 seperate consultations with surgeons and they all said mini  TT

I wont lie it's very painfull I couldn't sit up straight laugh and dreaded sneezing for 10 days

I think I paid ?4500 that was with a lovely surgeon with Bupa in bristol and it was probably 6 years ago maybe more and it was for a mini tummy tuck with a small bit of lipo

If you want the surgeons name PM me

I also have a client that I have known for years who also had the fully tummy tuck and lots of excess skin removal and he looks amazing 😃

I had a full tummy tuck and muscles tightened last summer i had 2 months off to be on the safe side it really is a drastic op, coughing sneezing even straining a poo out hurts like hell then theres the swelling very tender for weeks, you need time to re-cooperate i paid 4700 it would of been more but i got a bit of discount as had my boobs uplifted by them in 2011 i went with hospital group.

I saved a lump sum of money to live off while i was off work as well so you need to think about that and choose your surgeon carefully don't rush i can recommend surgeon for boobs an tummy tuck if any one wants, just research a LOT first, i still need a tad bit tweakin of bits that stubborn to gym an diet so having vaser lipo next year  ;D

Edit* i didnt have a fat belly just loose skin on an other wise flat tum always been slim but pregnancy stretched me

Lol I remember the sneezing poohing and coughing dread  and laughing some sick bastard got me the Chris Rock Live DVD for Xmas and I was trying my hardest not to laugh as it hurt so much Just missed you I am availible today please call back thanks P

I actually went out a few days after for a Boxing Day lunch hardly ate anything but had a few roast potatoes. I thought I was having a heart attack ( it was indigestion lol)

Like the above I can recommend my surgeon that I had for a tummy tuck
But don't under estimate the pain and that you really can't do much at all for the first 2 weeks
I would aim for 2 months with maybe -an extra month just In case

As an escort, I'm considering having breast enhancements done to tryt and boost my income. After speaking to some of my punters though, who are very much against the idea, I'm worried that it will result in me losing income, rather than making any. So I'm asking those girls who have had it done, did you notice a difference in your income as an escort? Was it a positive or a negative one? Is it something you would recommend as a business decision for someone working as a full-time escort?

Thanks!

I certainly wouldn't advise it unless you really, really want it done for yourself. As you say, many men don't like fake breasts - especially the stuck on porn-type ones. It's not without medical risk, and unless you can afford a really good surgeon who'd make them as natural looking as possible I don't see that they'd necessarily boost your income.

There will certainly be a big market for girls with big fake ones as its a novelty for a lot of men. But there's just as many clients who hate them and would much rather opt for a girl with natural ones regardless of shape and size.
I thought about getting mine done too as they aren't very big but every client ive mentioned this too has said they wouldn't book me again as they wouldn't be able to be sexually attracted to me anymore.

I had done mine two years ago and i went from B cup to D cup.  I did not see any diference on work . So if you want to do it for yoursefl then go for it but for work i will not do it.

I think any major decision to permanently alter your body for your clients would be a wrong one. Get a boob job if you want one for yourself.

Anyhoo, men have different tastes so you'll attract some but you'll also put some off.

I have vaguely thought about this too. But 2 things stop me, pretty much all my clients say they hate them, and also I'd worry about losing nipple sensitivity (which my clients love).

Obviously yes some guys love fake, but as someone else said, you should do it for you. After all you are the one who has to live with them. You might find you get them done, hate them but then it'd be too late.

It's likely that some of the clients you see at the moment are drawn to you because they particularly like small/natural breasts. The guys who have a thing for big/enhanced ones won't be booking you at the moment. But they might if you change them. But you might lose some of your current clients...
It's a gamble.
How much bigger are you thinking of going?
