That's amazing to hear! Did you have a full or mini tummy tuck? How long you had to stay in bed after the surgery?
I do escort but I wouldn't mind stopping for a month or two and then continuing with suspender on. It is also a good idea to offer massage only services.

My doctor said I don't need a muscle stitch either so I guess it's only an incision which has to get healed.

I had full tummy tuck, but no muscle stitch. I was in bed in the hospital for two days, and pretty physically disabled for about 4 days. After that I could walk about with help for a few days then I could walk for short distances on my own. I could take normal walks after about 10 days and back to massage around 3 weeks. To be honest I could probably do sex now but I just am enjoying having a bit of freedom from full sex for a while. Good luck with your surgery!  :)

I had a full tummy tuck, muscle repair, lipo and fat transfer (bbl) at the end of March. I started seeing my gentle regs after 2 weeks, the ones who I know don’t have full service. I started doing full service at 4 weeks, I only see one or 2 clients a day. I’m still a bit sore and tender on my flanks. I wear a suspender belt and knickers, that covers the scar…I may get a tattoo in time to cover it, I’ll just see how it heals.

Wow full service after 4 weeks! Well done, especially after so much work. I'm 4 weeks today and still nervous about having sex properly.

The tummy tuck didn’t bother me much, muscles were very sore at first. The lipo has been the worst part of everything, but at the same time it’s so worth the pain.

Where have you ladies done your surgeries? In the UK or abroad?
I was thinking about going to Poland but I just read I shouldn't fly at least 14 days post-op!
It's a bloody long time!

For the most part, most overseas clinics offer a package deal where you book the surgery along with (ample) recuperation time and visits from a nurse to change dressings/remove stitches/drains etc etc.

But, the main thing to consider is that while surgery is often cheaper overseas, what happens if on your return, you have an issue or some kind of problem and you need to see the surgeon ASAP but can’t travel?

Hi I'm due to get a gastric bypass.
Does anyone know how Long I will have to stay off work for? All the advice I've read is for none sex work jobs and I wouldn't tell my doctor about sex work
Please only comment if you had gastric bypass not any other surgery

I would give yourself at least 6 weeks - it's pretty major surgery. You'll also take a while to get your diet sorted, and your digestive system will probably be unreliable for at least 3 months.

I had bypass about a year before I started in sex work so I can't specifically comment on that. I went back to my office job 2 weeks exactly after surgery. I think I could probably have handled a couple of oral-only bookings a day at that stage, but penetration would definitely have been too much.

A lot will depend on how well your incisions heal, how much your insides get banged about during the op, how well your liver has shrunk on the pre-op diet, and your overall health. Also what type of service you normally provide - gentle GFE is  very different to PSE! I'd suggest giving yourself 6 weeks, but start to do gentle jobs you think you can handle during that time if you feel up to it.

Feel free to PM me if you want to talk more.

I've just come out of a double surgery yesterday, a breast lift and a rhinoplasty, has anyone any experience of working after either of these? After I had my tummy tuck I was offering massage with relief and mild bondage for a while, after about 3 weeks recovery, I'm hoping to do that again. Mostly worried about the breasts though, in case some idiot decides to ignore my 'no breast touching'  rule I intend to flag heavily on my profile.

I didn't do breast lift surgery, but one of my best friends did, it took her 3 months to get back to work full service.

Woah that's long, I can see why you'd want to wait that long though tbf. Did she offer other things in the meantime, like hand relief etc?

No, she rested during those months without working, she said that it hurt too much and she did not feel comfortable when her breasts were touched or brushed against, but I suppose that the healing process is different in each person.
