quick google, day use hotels could be a great idea.  would you not think they might be a little eagle eyed if there were a few different guys passing through however?  i wonder if i would feel a bit more watched by staff in that situation.

I think the day use hotels would best be used if you just met one man there... :) not loads all day haha you have to just book an hour or two...

Depends on the location. I use a hotel in Gatwick a lot and they don't bat an eyelid as there are folks in and out all day every day. If you think about it, most of the day room hotels are catering to the airport audience. Pick big, busy hotels in busy locations and you won't go wrong. I booked a room for 8hrs in Gatwick this week, saw 4 clients, nobody notices.

They shouldn't be freaking out. They shouldn't even be bothered. Nor is it their place to be I'd say. The whys and wherefore's are not any of their concern or business.
