If they had seen a friend of mine i would mention it but i wouldn't mention it to random girls as you don't know how they would react. they might think you are the source of the sti and start spreading it about. Or think you are trying to make them think they are infected in order to spook them into stopping working(even temporarily). Your basically just gonna open a massive can of worms. Not worth it.

I agree Lora, thanks.

That's pretty shitty of him. I mean come on, we're escorts, we're clued up about the risks we take with STIs so him saying he's embarrassed isn't an excuse. If a client told me he'd seen me and had a recent positive test result I'd be pretty grateful and get myself tested accordingly.

I think it's up to you though, I agree that as they're strangers they'd be suspicious of you giving them this information.

My concern would be that this unknown sti was going to work its way back to me eventually if an attempt to put a stop to it isn't made. I would send out an anonymous polite text to the 3 ladies then at least I would feel I'd done all I could.

Agree the guy is a spineless twat for putting you in this horrible position, Nia.

I told him the gum would text anyone affected if he gave them the phone numbers, he said the gum were aware he used prostitutes. The thing I find strange is that he's embarrassed to inform these ladies but not embarrassed to tell me to my face that he has the clap and pay me the full 2 hour fee and left after 10 minutes.

Maybe a nutter who gets off on shock value?

If I had been exposed to the possibility of catching an STI I would want to be informed by whoever knew but nowadays in a business that is extremely cutthroat and suspicion runs amok I can't imagine too many WG's would be happy to receive such information.

That said if I saw someone who confided such information to me I would not hesitate to send a mass email to whoever had left him feedback in the last 6 months telling them they had been exposed to an STI. Sod the bitchy responses you might receive because others may well respond with a big thank you and those are the only ones that matter in this situation as they will be tested and/or treated where necessary.

That's so weird. So if they already know he's seen hookers then why will he feel embarrassed if they're informed by the clinic? Sounds like a cop out.

I would email them and tell them, but dont say the clients name, just say a client had confided in you, they do need to know because if they have it they need it to be clear or it will just become more widespread if they are working unaware. Think if he came to you, how many more could / Im not sure what services you provide but if  OWO is included think of yourself, the girls and anyone whose at risk ?

I really don't think it's a good idea to be contacting the girls he's seen. If I got an email from another prossie telling me Mr X told you he's got an STI, I would think you are just trying to mess about. My immediate thought would be if that he's told you, why couldn't he tell me himself? And also, I don't think it's very discreet going about behind the client's back. And for all you know, he might be into shocking you, as someone else mentioned.

I've made up my mind not to contact the girls on his feedback, it could backfire on me and that may sound selfish but it's really not my responsibility,
