Hi all,
Just went to AW to change a few things, and found that since I looked this morning, my profile has been set to "Seeking Services", and my rates & availabilty times have been stripped out.
???
I've put them all back now, but just a heads-up to check yours.

Well mine's OK but to be honest, this sounds like sabotage rather than a technical hitch - I would make sure you change your password and report this to the admin too. The Help centre bit should have something, but if not there is a form at the end so you can send an individual report.

I had this happen to me, and it turns out it was because I had put my phone number in the auto response.
Make sure you don't do this because as soon as they find out they "suspend" your account.

Also they do this if you dont log in all the time ???
You don't have to log in 'all the time', they only delete profiles if you haven't logged in for 60 days - if I was getting so little business through the site I didn't even need to do this I probably wouldn't bother with it at all.
Also when you carry there link they dont show yours now, unless you are paying for your number to be showing in your ad
It is a pain in the arse, but to be fair, the Terms and Conditions are updated regularly and very clear about the rules. This was also discussed here.
