hey, what about that tattooed on makeup ? has anyone done that? you can have eye liner and lip liner! Think it last five years ,but you could end up looking like Bette Davies/Michael Jackson!!
My local beautician is doing a Xmas special !!

I thought about the tatoo stuff, i didnt realise it wasnt permanent so i might look in to it again.  i dont think i would do the lips but the eyeliner would be good.  so with tatoo eyeliner and dyed lashes.... i just need a permanent solution to my childhood freckles so i dont need foundation and im pretty much makeup free!   ;D

Except i know i wouldnt stop.  i love sitting infront of the mirror doing my makeup, its theraputic really.

You could use household bleach for the freckles , what do you think? Please before anyone phones Crimestopers , I'm joking!!!
Ill find my leaflet with tattoo makeup and see what they charge/how long it lasts  , etc. Yea , i think the lip liner maybe a bit Jodie Marshesque!!

Funny because i was thinking about it a while ago.  not using household bleach,  but dont some asian women bleach their skin, i dont know how though.  Surely if it works on their skin then there must be a product for the use on freckly skin too?  Im off to google it.

edit:  ok i googled it.

Mac powder is absolute pants! No good at keeping the make up in place at all. Dissapointing as everything else I've used from there has always been great.

I can't do a booking without: eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow, foundation + powder. Once my friend left my hotel just before I had a booking with my eyeliner, i nearly died!!

Tattoo eyeliner is just too thin plus, what would be halfway down my face on a night out? haha

Oh, and my freckles seem to think it's summer - when I went for a spray tan the other week then came soo out!

That's exactly what you want to stay away from!!!  I wouldn't want to cut any deals on anything permanent.  I've seen some HORRIBLE permanent eyeliner, real messes with crooked lines that are nowhere near the lash line.  Same with the lip lines.

You'd be better off going to a tattoo artist than a beautician for that.  IF you're really serious, seek out someone whose specialty is permanent make up.  (I didn't think you were serious, but you never know!)

You might try a light foundation, then powder in the same shade for a touch up, or I used to use this product http://www.bareescentuals.com/ in the US, saw a demo of it in Dublin, but didn't get a chance to get back and get, as I knackered my arm, and all the drama surrounding that. Surgery, hospital, cutting my tour short, shitty Irish health care, etc.
But I got a demo in the store, and it is basically mineral make-up taken to another level, with a few swishes of the brush, my little freckles disappeared, my complexion was brightened. It was amazing.

I dont mind the ones on my face so much, they can be a pain in summer if i forget sunscreen but not so bad.  Its actually my arms i hate.  My arms are a different colour to the rest of me and id like them to pale up and blend in with the rest.  Im going to try lemons, apparently lemons might help.  and i will smell nice.

Hydroquinone, along with mercury, is one of the chemicals that everyone warns to stay away from.

Its not a matter of it being necessary, is any cosmetic help REALLY necessary?  Id just like pale skin the same as some would like tanned skin.

My hair hasnt been its natural colour since i was 13, i doubt if that is necessary.  And when i start having my plastic surgery, i doubt many would say that the bits i want done are totally necessary but i want them so as soon as i get the money and the guts i will be off.

None of its necessary... i just want it  ;) :D

And they used to store wine in Lead vats- I'd probably still risk a bit of poisoning though!  ;D  It's true, a lot of what we have and desire is actually unnecessary. Do I need a solid gold house and a closet full of Givenchy? (Yes I do- but that is beside the point :)) As long as it is just because you want it for you then that's all that counts! As your friend it is my duty to say you don't *need* it though, you wouldn't want me agreeing with you like 'oh yeah you should definitely sort THAT out!' x
