Are you uploading new images constantly and doing photos for your profiles each week  or do you find it doesn't need to be done so much?
As much as I try getting inspired to take new style images I do get bit tired doing it  but not sure how else to get clients noticing on days I'm working .

In my case it makes no difference what photos I use it's still dead for me and the only interest i attract is  dickheads if I put new ones on  .

That's very annoying 

I think you only need to change photos regularly if you aren't touring. In addition monthly blogs and up to date feedback on the profile will also help.
