Which Online Payment System allows "Adult" transactions?
« on: 11 September 2011, 11:10:27 am »
I want to sell stuff on my escort website, but I know many online payment providers won't allow transactions for "adult" items (including used undies, new sex toys etc). Anyone know which payment providers DO allow adult transactions please?

(I'd quite like one which can supply "buy now" buttons too, but this isn't as important as allowing adult transactions)

Thanks  :-*

Your options are VERY limited, which is why so few do it now via thier own sites and usualy do it via adultwork

First way is to get your own merchant account and handle things yourself, but as your going to be considered a high risk (read expensive to obtain) account, I cant see if being cost effective.

Second possible way, http://www.ccbill.com/ have been used by porn sites for as long as I can remember so maybe able to help either with you using thier E-ticket system say to buy access to an order form, or they may have another solution, again though I dont think your going to be talking cheap or easy set up but best bet would be to contact them.

http://www.ccbill.com/
I understand that you do  pay a lot for the facility though
in terms on monthly fee and % of order fee.

That's coz the porn industry suffers with a lot of fraud/disputed charges/buyer remorse,
so CCbill are just covering their backs.
It's finish for members paid porn sites where hopefully new sign ups and monthly membership renewals keep churning in.
I looked at it for deposits and the fees made it a non starter, for me.
Pre paid credit cards worked fine and did everything I wanted, at a fraction of ccbill.

You could see what people like http://www.lovehoney.co.uk do for billing.
