Extra-Small Condoms and advice

I have several clients - though certainly not the one I had this arvo....!!! -who suffer from both micropenis and micro gonadism. I have found that even standard "small" condoms are still huge and I would love to be able to find something that fits a bit snugger for them.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Teenage boys engage in risky behaviour because standard condoms are too big for them and if you offer them teeny tiny condoms they'll be happy to slide them over their newly-potent cocks? Have they met any teenagers?

I don't know where you can get smaller-than-small condoms, but the brands do vary so have you tried as many as you can? Some websites offer selection packs, and you should be able to find measurements for various condoms too.

I think it may be an ego thing. I always ordered a good brand from Adultwork as I trust them not to split. Recently noticed though that the same ones I got last time are now described as size XXLarge!

On a different note, does anyone else find the rustling of a femidom offputting?
