Hi All

Sorry if these questions have been asked before but I tried to search & couldn't find the answers!

Firstly, can I link my adultwork profile to my vivastreet, Friday ads & adultzone adverts?

Secondly, can you update the Friday ads location, unlimited, within the month? As a touring escort who doesn't spend more than 1 week anywhere, I don't want calls weeks after I've left.

Thanks in advance x

First question - no. You can link to your own website and to your Twitter from AW, that's all. Realistically, do you think they would be happy with you linking out to their direct competitors?

Second question - you can update the location as needed although I haven't tested how many times you can do so.

Bath back page is a good one if you live in the south west I live all the way in Salisbury and get clients coming to see me from bath a few times a week and clients wanting overnight bookings it costs a few quid a week and would be very good business for people in somerset I should imagine if I have quite a few calls a week when I live 45 miles away .

Any Directories for Cumbria / Northern Lancashire area?

I dislike Viva full of really "dirt cheap" escorts in the area.   ::)

I got one of Viva's free trial jobbies for escorts which was about ?70's worth of advertising apparently, for a week. I got fuck all from it. But it may very well depend on your area. I'm near Brighton and Viva in my area is just not good for me.

High percentage of timewasters and numpties with Vivastreet but I still do pay for a weekly modest advertising slot with them and generally speaking can get at least one good client with them weekly.  Personally I only pay for highlighting and new and nothing else.  It still costs ?16 weekly or so which isn't cheap.

I use viva street for a bog standard ?7.99 add for a weeks listing, I found it didn't work for me in Gatwick but it does me very very well in Norwich and wakefield

It very much depends on your area and how much you charge as to how much you will get out of Viva.  Speaking as someone who has worked in many areas and tested Viva out several times. Glasgow it works, Birmingham it works, just off the top of my head.......I have a feeling it works better in the midlands, northern England & Scotland..

For the South Coast the equivalent is Friday Ad which much the same problems as with Viva.....in my experience.....a huge amoint of TWs and cheapskates.  If you can wade thro all of those you get a few decent clients!

I've had no bookings so far today from AW and I impulse bought a featured ad on Vivastreet (?70). I'm in Glasgow - was this a dumb move? I immediately called them to try and get them to refund the upgrade for just a regular ad but they couldn't do it.

Honestly don't know why I did it. It's a 7 day ad and I'm only working 3  :FF

I've taken out ads on impulse or cos its slow....well Viva can work for Glasgow depending on your pricing; but if you've not used it before be prepared for all the cheapskates and hagglers!

Thanks! I'll have to stay calm. I hope it's worth me forking out the extra for the featured ad!

It was a dumb move when I did it (Twice too lol)
Viva Stree just doesnt do it for me. And I find when one site is quiet its more of a general thing (even though I still do panic)

PS - Its unusually quiet for me today. Yesterday were all TW! Well at least nobody has wasted my time today!

:( :( :( :( it does seem like I've just thrown that money away. So annoying!

It's very strange, last Friday I made a killing but today I've been completely dead. I can't figure out why?

Where else is it worth advertising in Glasgow other than AW?

If you are really brave try Backpage! However that's probably worse than Viva for Cheapskates etc.

Escort Scotland used to be ok but their rates have shot up the past few years.

Sometimes no matter what you do it's quiet. Me I'm frustrated as f*** I'm unable to work due to poor health...again  :FF I think someone up there is trying to tell me something....like quit.
