I'm having some really really shitty days and it's properly knocking my confidence. I'm only using AW and Backpage (working in Central London). Any suggestions on what works well here?

Vivastreet will make your phone ring but it's expensive and you have to have your loins well girded to deal with the sort of calls you'll get. Lots of dross to sift through. If you won't see blacks and Asians you may not find it worth your while.

+1, viva was a nightmare for me. F**ckers telling me they don't know what "escort" means or would I go on a date or would I want a husband?! Wtf! And since I've recently decided to see clients of my own ethnic origins only (after a year of work I had 2 aggressive Indian clients and a majority just are textbook time wasters anyway, call me racist I no longer care) I'm done with VV.
however for those who want to give it a try there was that special free trial offer, the guy in charge is Finny if I remember well. I strongly suggest a separate phone number for your VV ad though.

So, Punterlink and Punternet.

Does anyone have any experience of recent advertising with them?

I stopped using Punternet when they got rid of the free bronze listings, but Punterlink is the second highest source of traffic to my website. Not often mentioned as a source by clients though, whereas AdultZone is.

Is it worth paying to upgrade your profile on Adultzone?

I put my profile on there last week and have had 5 views! It looks like a waste of time tbh  ::)

This is obviously a 'dead thread' but I have my answer now after some research in my area.

I know there is a wealth of information on the forum but I have found it is very much down to the area you are in - just in case anyone else poses the question!

I'm pretty sure there's a glitch in the AdultZone profile views counter, at least on mine: it's still in double figures, which doesn't tally with the amount of calls I've received that mention it.

Kay,

I'm going to stick with VivaStreet. I'm sure it won't work in every location but you can pay to change locations and I think it will be worth it for my tour or at least another string to my bow instead of relying solely on AW.

What are the best sites for touring escorts? I know Vivastreet you can pay to change location, and obviously it's very easy on AW. What about Punternet and Punterlink?

Not Punterlink as it just shows a short intro and then links to your own website. TOP's touring section isn't bad.

What is TOP?

And why is linking to my own website a bad thing?

The Oldest Profession.

Sorry, I didn't mean Punterlink was bad, just that the site structure itself has no sort of touring aspect (AFAIK). But if you put something in your blurb about checking your website for details of your regular tours... all good.

The classified section you can put up a free ad for a tour, can remember if this is on punterlink .co.uk or punterlink .com though

I'm pretty sure it's the same site, although I might be wrong. As above PL do have tour listings, and they're separate from the main directory :).
