Hi, does anyone have any experience with putting a free profile on the City of Love site?
I filled out everything and got to the final page, but have had to email them so it can be manually approved/activated - I haven't had any response yet, not even an automated one, so wondered if they do usually take a few days to reply?
Feeling a bit impatient  :)

I have one :)

I vaguely remember it being approved and fairly quickly, but then I had a paid listing (which I'm not bothering with atm since I'm not working much). I was getting decent bookings with the paid listing but I can't really comment on the free one although mine should still be up - I remember I did have to put one of their banners on the front page of my site, too.

Yes, I've also posted their banner - I'd be open to the paid option at some point but thought I'd just try the banner exchange for the next month, things being as they are.

Has anyone got a big list of free sites to advertise on? I don’t want to pay to advertise anymore because business is way too slow at the moment. I want to keep my expenses to a minimum. Some free sites I’ve posted on and I have not seen in this list are;

I haven't advertised on Viva Street for ages until this week where I paid the ten pounds for 7 days to be at the back of the profiles and my God, I'm getting weird texts. My profile says no texts but I'm getting about 25 a day. Got guys asking if they can be my boyfriend and all the usual rubbish such as asking me if I can do a quickie for 30. But this morning Iv'e had one twat asking if I can chip off his dick for a grand and kind enough to tell me he would then just leave. Don't get this amount of texts from other websites.

Ceasing my advert on VS has been a huge relief, although occasional decent enquiries are received the volume of other contact in response to that ad is just too much.

I'm back on VS and the blizzard of texts isn't as bad as it was. Not sure if I get any work from it because I use the same number. If I was organised I'd put a different number up, but I'm not, soooo.....😁.

With VS do they still offer the option of using their own mobile number for the clients which is expensive to use.  Perhaps only the serious ones would text then.

Following adultwork insisting we all verify -I'm going to have to advertise elsewhere. Maybe I'm paranoid but I simply do not feel comfortable with them having that amount of information about me. So with regards to advertising - I'm based in the South East - I've used Friday Ad successfully in the past. I'm going to repost my ad in there. I'm going to give Ace Massage a go. Can anyone particularly recommend anywhere else ?
