Where to advertise massage with HE?
« on: 13 January 2019, 07:21:45 pm »
Hi ladies,

After 6 years of whoring the time has come to hang up my stockings and switch to massage with HE.

I’m going to make a new AW account and wondered where else I should advertise this service?

Also with AW do you still put pics of you up in lingerie when doing massage only?

I want to encourage a no touching me service so I didn’t know if lingerie shots looked too escort-y lol.

Thanks

Brainstorming the massage... No comparison to Backpage, but hey, every little helps

- loot.com: looks pretty full on
- freeads.co.uk: wording 'for gentlemen only' seems to fly
- ukclassifieds.co.uk
- massages.me.uk: looks more legit than it is
- crazyoz.com, locanto.co.uk
- massagemeinlondon.co.uk, massagehunter.co.uk, massageguidelondon.com

More obvious ones:
- AW, Vivastreet, Yelp, Friday Ads
- FBSM, tantrictemptationslondon.com, ukmassagenetwork.com
- massagetheuk.com, massagerepublic.com, acemassage.net
- Slixa, Eros, punternet.com

Re pictures, personally, I stay away from lingerie (unless it's a private gallery on AW).
I think the main point is the message the picture conveys - you can have delicate, arty lingerie shots for example, that leave a lot to the imagination. x

That’s very helpful 80, much appreciated.

There’s definitely a few of those come up when I search ‘sensual massage in (my area)’

So I will get on my advertising this week.

I’m hoping to make £800 a week working 4-5 days in doing massage, I’m not sure if this a reasonable figure to aim for as I have no idea about the massage industry.

Would you say it is doeable based on your experience?

Thank you

Good luck, Harlot!
I don't know your area, how busy it can be or what other people charge.
Give yourself a little bit of time for the transition period - it's like starting the business from scratch, with a new client base.
And when massaging, try to save your thumb - it's what makes us human after all.  :)

A side note to anyone reading this - Bristol University research survey needs few more participants involved in erotic massage or/ and erotic dance. This research will be used to form the policy regarding sex work, so if you'd like to keep things legal and safe (or hopefully even safer), please consider completing this survey.
It has to be done within a couple of weeks, at the very latest.

Definitely realistic.  There are a lot of men who are willing to pay very good money for a nice massage- and a lot of men not wanting a full sexual encounter.  In my experience sensual massage is less competitive than escorting.

I stopped Escorting for a year and just did sensual massage.  I actually made more doing it than when I first started Escorting.  Recently started doing a small amount of Escort bookings (because Massage is very very heavy going on the body, and I like variety).

Vivastreet.  Gumtree.  AW.  Possibly Craigslist in the small business ads section.

I've never used Gumtree but read here that Gumtree calls you to check if you're offering a sexual service?
Interesting news about Craigslist, I thought all went south with them after the closing down of 'personals'.

Do you have some massage training? If not maybe work at a non full service parlour for a while to gain some experience. Try a professional looking one with good reviews.

Helps you learn what you have to do. Lots of extra equipment needed like massage table or covers if you use a bed. Bottle warmers. Different types of oils to offer clients (non scented vs scented. Coconut oil or sweet almond etc available for allergy sensitive clients as baby oil/wheatgerm oil can trigger eczema itchy skin).
Freshly washed towels. Constantly changing bedding/massage table towel after each towel. Wiping down everything.
Cleanliness spotless is SOOO important for massage business.

There's more to Tantric Massage than a happy ending if you want to be successful!
Please do lots of research. Clients like it when you are knowledgable on massage arts.

I advertise on Adultwork. Have my own website. Run like an actual therapy business. Am insured..

Lingerie pics are actually important in my opinion. Combined with pictures of you wearing a 'masseuse' type gown. Silky semi opened robe that you would wear before and after session.
Oiled skin. Things like this.
You kind of have to look 'sexy classy' way above the average escort. I don't mean looks wise. Any age or body type works. Just high quality beautiful pictures you wouldn't mind anyone to see!

Because they have to think its worth the price WITHOUT full service.

Services that work well: (do an all inclusive price you are happy with but options clients can choose)

- touching only on upper half. But make sure the focus in on THEM.
- nuru body to body slide on the back to attract more clients.
- Swedish or Hawaiian style massage
- Lingam or Yoni massage (you could get female clients if you are happy with this)
- Couples massage

The happy ending should only last 15 mins max at the end of an hour session. Teasing and good quality massage is KEY.

Not going to give away all my tricks hehe but there's so much room in massage for kinks and play without doing full service or allowing them to touch you.
Entice clients for longer sessions with a bubbly drink. Things like this.

I also offer full service sometimes. At double the price.
If you ever get bored of just massage it's good to have that flexibility but you have to be clever about how you market the full service.

Last bit sorry I feel is important.
Ignore the review forums. They will try to chat shit about you for not offering full service but still charging decent prices.
The forums HATE massage only girls who don't offer cheap.
Calling you 'rub and tug'. Trying to ruin your reputation. Attracting time wasters.

As mentioned, there's a large market for gentlemen who don't want full sex and a professional erotic massage at similar rates to full service.

Ignore the critism and bad attention and you will do really well.

I swapped from escorting to erotic massage 2 years ago and have never looked back. I earn more now than I ever did with escorting. I'm not sure where you are but I'm in Manchester and I personally I don't think AW works well for massage. I would advise you to get a personal website and do your best with SEO as this is where I get 99% of my bookings now x
