Get some help, please. You're obviously doing yourself harm and you need to get out. Feeling icky because you had to avoid a client's bad breath for an hour is one thing, self-hatred is quite another. Some boards have sections which are for escorts only and there was an entire locked board for a while, we sometimes talk about the annoying and gross things clients do in there, but if you posted in one of them as you are now you'd hear just as many people as here telling you that you shouldn't be putting yourself through this.
Speak to the CAB about your financial issues, there will be alternatives.
If a sex worker's outreach project covers your area, see if they can offer you anything useful.
Get therapy. It can be difficult if you don't have the money to go private, but try. It sounds like prostitution and the need for money are not at the root of your problems, so you're going to need to deal with your own head to avoid sabotaging yourself. Talk to your doctor and see what your options are on the NHS. If that's a non-starter, there may be a low-cost clinic around for people in difficulty.
If there's some kind of habit that you need money for - alcohol, other substances, gambling, shopping - look for a support group. If it's not a substance issue you might not be able to find a real-life one, but you'll find something online at least.
