Do you have to check sizes before buying. How do you know what size to get when bulk buying online. How to know they are xs/s/regular/large/xl etc when buying from shops. They dont have such labels on the boxes.

Buy from NHS Freedoms Shop or Amazon.

Most ones you buy on the high street are regular size, although I have seen large in some supermarkets, but not a great range.

I would say I use regular about 50% of the time, large 40%, small 5% and super kingsize 5%.

They will normally say in the name, i.e. 'trim' or 'snug' for smaller, and 'King size' or 'XL' for larger - otherwise they're standard (although the standard varies a bit). As said, use the NHS Freedoms shop - get a big box of standards (e.g. Mates Naturals, Pasante Sensitive), and a 'shag pack' of trims and XLs. I've only needed Super King Size for 2-3 clients. Also get some non-latex Skyns.
