Title: When to come back from the quiet period holiday?

I didn't work during the January - feb period  from advice on the forum. I only tour, so only like working when I know i will get business cause don't want to be out of pocket, though I am a bit mixed up cause someone told me that most people are broke till end of March. Pay day is coming soon and I don't know if I should start working again or wait until March. I have another job so this is a part time thing. I am in London. Any advice?

In my experience work slowly started to improve in February. Everyone is different though.

March should be ok then there is the first two weeks in April when the kids are off school for Easter (not sure if it's the same in England)

I don't think you can really predict when will be busy. February 2014 was my best month of the entire year (although December nearly tied it.) This February has been pretty quiet, but January was crazy busy. I remember a week last spring where the phone was so quiet even the time wasters weren't calling, and it wasn't school holidays or anything like that.
