Wow!

I read this post this morning, and I totally feel for you.  I have been bricking it, about getting a working only flat, last weekend, I was short the rent and deposit ?200 so won't get my tenancy until I make that up this saturday, which clearly leaves me in a precarious situation.  The landlord has said a bed was being delivered weds, it wasn't and I have repeatedly contacted him and asked when it will arrive, to which he hasn't responded.  I am praying it is because he is busy, as even though I have been very discreet, and not overlooked per-se, people have spy holes in their doors and I don't know who is in or not, or may know the landlord.

Anything like this, when you have no control over it, is scary shit.  I really hope things work out for you.  As for your neighbours, fuck 'em.  No don't, they cannot afford you.  Remember that.  Just annoy them as much as possible over the next few weeks, you were there first and frankly, a few gentlemen callers - what is their problem?  Good luck!
