There's no reason it wouldn't be allowed, but it's not very clear - are you looking for somebody to take pictures for you, or asking specifically about the AW rules? There are a few general discussions about pictures too if you try some different search terms .

It's fine - if somebody can help they can send you a PM and you can give them your AW username so they can have a look .

From what I've seen, AW tend to moderate profile photos by exception. If you post something explicit and someone reports it, they'll take it down. Otherwise they probably won't ever notice.

You could try this:
Upload a profile photo you know will be okay, e.g. a lingerie shot.
Upload the pic you want to know about into your private gallery.
After a couple of days, check your private gallery and see if the photo has been marked "NN" for non-nude.
If it has, then it's safe to use as your profile pic.
