What is this (really scratchy down below) :(
« on: 23 March 2013, 06:30:07 pm »
Since being on the Depo Provera injection, I am prone to mini bleeds e.g. spotting.

When I had one the other day, it's made me scratch constantly down below. I have been prone to bouts of thrush before especially when run down and ill so not sure if it could be that?

Worried if it is, how will I protect clients? I know they wear condoms anyway, but if a client wanted to give me oral, is he not at risk?

Thanks

RO is a definite NONO until you are clear again.  You will just have to come up with some excuse to stop them going down there.  Im the same at times if Im working as I am diabetic and thrush is second nature at times though touch wood Ive not had it for a while.

To the best of my knowledge it can be passed from F to M but is not classed as an STI.
Beauty is nothing to do with having a pretty face.
It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart,
And most importantly a beautiful soul.

I would refrain from seeing any clients at all until you have had it checked out.  None of us can tell you what it is as you need lab tests for that but its better to err on the side of caution just incase as you would not want to infect a client with anything you may have as it can really have a detrimental affect on your business if you get a field report saying this woman gave me (insert STI here).
Also would you want to pass anything on to an unsuspecting client?  Better to pop to your local GUM clinic tomorrow morning and get it looked at
Even thrush can be passed on via oral contact and oral thrush is bloody horrible and much more annoying than genital thrush as it can affect the whole mouth, tongue, gums and throat and it hurts rather than itches and can be harder to get rid of as the area is never dry
Truth is far more important than what one wants to hear. With truth there is no us and them or colour or religion there is just fact

It could even be your soap powder that needs changing. But you won't know till you get checked.x
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.
