As far as I understand it, it's during a massage when they're laid on their front, and you run your hands deep between their arse cheeks: especially if it's deep and goes over the perineum it's seen as an unspoken invitation that you're open to the idea of a happy ending, or maybe more (this would be if you were a masseur, not an escort).

I understand CC swipes as Kay does, though more subtle, so rather than deep touching, it is more 'accidental' touching of certain parts of the anatomy. This has been explained to me by a few clients of mine after I had been quite naive about what cc swipes were.

I am hugely amused that the current top hit for this says "it is a very understood term within the escort and sex worker industry" when I can get to page five of results and only find a couple of reviews on a punting site and three ads on directories (I hadn't realised the Sun does prostitution ads) as well as this post that use the phrase in this context.
I still have no idea as to whether they're right and it means sexual 'extras' are available in general (on the basis that you'd pay more in the room for your massage) or whether it's the idea that running your fingers through someone's bum crack is like swiping a card.
As ever, if you don't know what service they're talking about, ask them WTF they're asking :)

I don't know who told you that Maddie, but after getting no hits whatsoever for it in ten pages of Google results I think they might have been pulling your chain :).

Just to add to this subject - you can gently stimulate the anal area with your fingers (a lot of nerve endings) or use more pressure and do external prostate massage (with your fist, or a knee for example).
So my guess would be that if a client asks for cc swipes what he really means - will you pay attention to his anal area?
This thread made me think how little do I know about sexual anatomy.
