its not my property it a council house am a breaking any rules if u have clients here

YES. Yes you are. Your tenancy agreement will say you're not allowed to use the property for "immoral" purposes, and may even go as far as to state "no prostitution".

There's a reason you're in a council property (usually due to "need") and if you lose that, the council will NOT rehouse you, even though you have children. You won't be entitled to temp accommodation or B&B/hostels, and will have to rent privately.

It's not worth the risk, unless of course you're earning enough to rent privately if you get evicted.

?70 is a lot, is that the cheapest room?  I thought they would be more like ?20!  I was working in a parlour but just left as the boss is mad and crackheads work there, so am now trying to find premises...I can understand why ppl work from home tho, its free. I darent risk it tho and in school holidays it would be a nightmare.

PI are no use as keycarded everywhere in most hotels - just to get OUT of reception!
Beauty is nothing to do with having a pretty face.
It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart,
And most importantly a beautiful soul.

iv had the same worries iv just moved to my new house and have had plasterers in twice and various other work men all legit....so it may have looked dodgy but i think the neighbors know im ripping the house apart, so a few incalls wont go noticed. But as of next week im using hotels as my kids safety comes paramount and i dont want neighbors noticing once work is finished

I work from home and I chat a lot to my direct neighbours but everyone pretty much keeps themselves to themselves where I am. There are a few short term tenancy rental flats near me with people moving in and out every few months.
My neighbours think that I teach adult literacy in private tuition lessons at home because I did honestly used to be a teacher, so they know there will be people coming and going.

I'm slightly worried about neighbours seeing me, but I only take incalls during the day anyway (when my daughter isn't there) so I assumed that most of my neighbours would be at work anyway, so not too much risk

I feel slightly worried about clients knowing where my house is with my daughter there as well, but I think that is just paranoia, I've never had any reason to be worried about a client doing anything dangerous

I am also quite paranoid of neighbours finding out, I also try to be discreet as I can, two years ago I worked in a small village (silly me) and all the neighbours found out it was very unpleasant in which when I left there was a print out in the local newspaper about a call girl working in the area.
Since then I have been very on my guard making sure I'm discreet as possible, my pet hate is clients pressing the wrong buzzer "" hello Lucy it's Kevin your 3'oclock booking" such a give a away.
I've been in my flat 8 months now and had no problems being ground floor I think helps too.  :-*

I don't have kids living with me, but just the other week a client came up, and once they're upstairs there's no numbers on the doors.
I was still faffin about getting ready so he walked up to the door across from me, it's a young couple who stay there. but her dad
was in doing some painting and decorating!
He was not happy.. He said; I know what you do and I don't give a f**k, but I've got guys coming up to my daughters door!
She's about 20 odds, and I know her boyfriend, who's not exactly squeaky clean, but that's neither here nor there, the point is,
it was really really embarrassing, I felt bad and guilty and apologised profusely lol.
I then put my flat number on my door and haven't had any problems since.. ;)
I don't have to be perfect, but I'm perfect at being me!

The problem is that although we keep clients details private and we're discreet, they dont always return the favour. They'll tell their mates at work that 'a hooker lives in that flat' etc etc and the word gets round. So people can find out. Ive gone to work in a parlour now, I do about 4 or 5 a day but only work 2 days a week. Not a nice job (in my own humble opinion) but I do need the money  :-\
