What happened to the sw5 username?
« on: 08 August 2007, 10:16:29 am »
A reorganisation at the SW5 project means, amongst other things, that I'm no longer employed there.

Yeah, it came as a bit of a surprise to me too.

So as a newly ex-SW5 person, 'xw5' is the new me.

Should the remaining and/or new staff come along here, the username change means it can be clear who's who and means I can retain the reputation for knowing what I'm talking about... usually :)

Very sorry to hear that. For what it's worth, your advice is indispensable here.

Thank you.

The i-word has a ironic meaning to me at the moment - about an hour after person C told me that I would be going, someone else reported C had very recently said I was 'indispensable'.

Fortunately, I have a sense of humour.
