Sort of random but it's not the xtreme bootcamp one in November is it?
I'm a fitness junkie, maybe because i'm just 23

I did 3 intensive residential British Army Style Training Bootcamps last year
with serving Physical Education Trainers from the Army and Navy.
I flew past the 20 year olds in the pre-breakfast marathon run
at 6.00 each morning.

That was before 7 hours of twisted physical and mental challenges.
Crawled eye-deep in flooded, freezing, cow shit soaked fields.
Had mud kicked in my face by trainers till I didn't mind it.
Then jumped into a barrel of ice water before going to bed.

Several of the youngies had to leave each camp due to injuries.
...and I'm nowhere near 23. ;)

I've done similar residential bootcamps I try to do 3/4 a year I have one booked in November for a week & a two week one in march
I love doing them even though I die a little bit each time

No never heard of them. I do mine mainly abroad so I can tag a few days holiday on
I want to one in Thailand that I saw it's a really good price but it's not regimented enough for  me I need to have my ass kicked
But I might give it a go at some point

Hi Cheesy
Army Style workout makes your body strengthen, and it's strength/power training and doesn't work with shape of your body.
maybe girls just lose fat during intense workout.  Of course they leave the camp with injuries and fatigue
Generally fitness focus on both power and shape of your body and it's not risky
I think if girls put some effort on fitness workout or whatever and build a strong beautiful body, they can easily increase their rates. Clients care about abs/booty and Legs, just work on them. they pay much more to touch your body ;)
Also you can have healthier lifestyle

Hi HH, It's not that one.. but sounds very interesting. You going?

Paris exactly...'piece of you dies'. Those long ones are murder!
I keep swearing to never return, then I love it again.

Helga so right...I see a personal trainer once a week
who's a competitive body builder. Crazy, obsessive people.
He owns my ass for the free weights, love the sculpting effects. lol

OMG...a month! I'm fainting for you. Hells Bells!
You got platinum balls Miss Paris ;D ;D

I know you do these very regularly..your'e a trouper.
I'm thinking to make it just a normal part of my year now
whether I like it or not. Like having a wax!
It's more for self esteem in the job but the effects are a nice bonus.

Not helped by having two walls of mirrors in my work space :o
Seemed like a good idea at the time ???

I would also add:
-Get rid of toxic people around you. I got rid of my 'best friend' this year, and I have never been calmer.
getting rid of her has been a catharsis. She was stealing my time and only meeting me when it was convenient for her and not me. She was judgemental and plain nasty and mean.
-I also got 2 hobbies that are kind of excercise but not weight lifting by any means, but still exercise and gets me out of the house
-9 out of 10 weekends are just for me and family&friends. Come Friday evening and I am not thinking about work or clients because that's how my brain works. Weekend=Relax
-Healthy food a must, and no sugary drinks. I only drink water and green tea (and sometimes coffee and wine in the evening)
I don't eat sweets/crisps/take aways/binge drink/smoke.
-Take probiotics every morning to keep your stomach healthy and thrush under control

- I can't really afford massages in the spa, but I make my own massage oils with a base oil + essential oils and after I scrub my body I put on this amazing smelling natural oil in a 'massage motion' and
I feel like I've just come out of a beauty salon.
- Although I am not all that beautiful, I like to make myself look nice (mani, pedi, hair colour, make up, nice dress). It all boosts my mood
- cleaning the flat is suprisingly calming
- going out for a coffee with a friend at least once a week. Just makes me feel normal

I like doing them every 3 / 4 months I find it resets me if that makes sense ( then I go back to my bad habits ) but I would rather do them than a holiday

I did a ten week boot camp once... In addition to lots of exercise, I learned how to use firearms, fold my underwear into perfect starched rectangles, and to recite the eleven General Orders of a Sentry on demand. It didn't cost me anything, but I got yelled at an awful lot.

To someone like the OP, I would recommend any moderate exercise, if you're not already getting any. If you're sedentary, then walk. If you walk a lot, then do a bit of cardio and/or weight machines. ANY increase in activity will be very beneficial.

I do try and keep fit - I enjoy running and listening to my playlist - I find it really therapeutic and kind of run out my frustration - I did have a personal trainer but I get bored of gym work - I prefer to be outside, breathing in the air.
