If the guy does not wish to come a 2nd time (I will always offer) I offer a massage for 10 mins. (any longer than that my right hand starts aching owing to a fracture when younger) and if he wishes a chat lying on the bed after that without doing anything then I will happily do that.  I sometimes offer a cup of tea as I like to act down to earth and like to be myself without putting on an act.  So I treat the client like a friend - I find out if they are thirsty like when a friend is visiting. 

Sometimes I ask if they want an ice-cream instead if the weather is especially hot!  I think a friendly approach is always best then you can't go wrong really.
