I can deal with the arseholes that ask me if I can handle their 10" cocks

I cant because that's too big for me...

It's the ones that seem serious, arrange a time and date, then cancel later or just won't confirm. I was going to argue and say that the stress of going back to a regular job, especially in my field of experience, is the last thing I need right now, but thinking about it, the normality and routine of a regular job is probably what I need

On a serious note Cassie, I feel your pain honey. This is why I like SAAFE, we all come here with similar issues and relate to it! Now, it was your turn to be dramatic, now its my turn to console you. We all have these setbacks. Its disappointing and it sucks. You know how many times that's happened this month? But...sometimes, those same prospects that kick you in the teeth, comes around a few days later and everything is fine. This is a marketing job.

This isnt my 1st marketing job. I worked as a junior advertising specialist for 2 years and made about $600 every week. But guess what, on the bad weeks...I wouldnt even make half of that. And it sucked. And I was angry. I was mad. I wanted to quit. I hated it. I compained. Thats just how sales are. Its like fishing. They bite, they bite, they bite some more, and then boom...they dont bite anymore. It sucks, I know.

I agree...we must have something else going besides this.  I am a full time student (despite the rumor). I just get distracted and venture off into the forums every 30 minutes or so while I'm doing a 4-5 hour marathon study becuase Im bored studying, but Im still busy. After reading this thread, even I am going to go job-hunting this week to find something that'll hold for December thru Feburary. It need'nt be that horrible job you hate that you have to return to, but something with deadlines and commitment would be nice. And then, you're going to want to yell at someone when they call you wanting you over in 1 hour while you're working on a big project. I also go to the gym and chat on forums on my free time.

cassie no you are not dramatic and as you have seen we have all been there.

yes it goes up in waves, for me surprisingly if i don't think i get any requests and bookings, meaning i let go and just let them come to me, than they happen and appear, on the other hand when i wait for them to come it seems it is very quite.

and yes i can relate to that you are in a big project and they want you to come over in a minute .... and yes you can yell at them and have to decline

Cassie, just an example of how lousy things can get...

Today I had a booking set for tonight from someone who called about 5 hours ago. So, I had accepted it as it was supposedly a 3-som type booking, which I get paid premiums for. Now, how about tonight I had turned down 4 fucking calls from people who wanted to set up an appointment because I had spoken with this guy and he agreed to give extra for this booking since it was a 3 way.

How about, I call this guy to check and confirm, because I had told the 4 others, that in the event the booking cancels, I could call them and re-arrange. The line went straight to voicemail everytime. I am so pissed off right now. I tried to call all 4 of the other guys and (no surprise) I couldnt reach them.

I feel like a fool right about now. And in addition, I had someone else call for a 3-som arrangement and I turned them down also. Evil games I tell ya.

I know, let all play a game .Its based on Cluedo ,but their are no rules at all and you can keep changing your character without any forfit, the wilder the plot the better, and the more twists and turns to "fool" the other players get bonus points .Let call it "Clueless"
What do you think Ladies?

Anyway, in all seriousness.  How are things Cassie?  Are the calls getting better? Your site looks fantastic now and you sound very sexy and exotic.

For those who have been around a lot longer than us..... do you still play about with your sites from time to time re-wording and adding bits and peices or does there ever come a time where you just leave it alone? (except adding photos)

i am not that long round myself but would like to share my thoughts

i would say from a marketing point of view, it is essential and important that changes happen on the site, there is something new, therefore an incentive for the browser to look at,
which means blog is a good tool, there is something more to read, new photos, oh something new to see,
i think it is good to keep it alive and changing

with regards to wording, i think that a big percentage of the base writing stays the same after time, but we do all evolve and maybe what we offer, does change, and also based on the day to day experience we do update a so called frequently asked question sections, i mean making sure that possible clients do treat us how we wish they treat us

i would say those of us who developed the site by themselves and can modify it, i would guess most would continue updating it, those of us where the web site has been done professional for them, i think the amount change can be made is much more limited.

and i think a web site, and here speaks the developer in me, is like a piece of art and never finished. like most creations there is always more you can add to it, make it better etc. or always something you would like to improve on; but i think that is a process similar to the process we call life

Well, I'm not sure what is happening, but the day after I changed the site I got a nice email from a guy interested in incalls, no  confirmed booking as yet from that, but I have said I won't be doing them until end of the week.

I also managed to miss a couple of calls and have resisted answering a couple of private numbers.

All is quiet, somehow i prefer that for now, just hoping for some genuinely interested people. Been busy with moving and hope to anounce incalls by the weekend - hurrah.

Quiet is a good sign.  Well sort of.  It just means that you have managed to put off some of the timewasters.  Less is more.  Less TW's and more real bookings   ;D

As an aside, I'm back home and catching up on things. I think a few of you are being unneccasarily mean to other members of this forum, and it needs to stop now. This is not what this forum is about. Just because you have different view points, or don't neccassarily agree with each other, it doesn't mean you have to be mean or nasty to each other. What do you think lurkers reading this and previous posts will think? Some of what I've read have hardly in the name of "Saafe" is it?

I could do with some TLC here.

Hi Cass, I'm hoping you are feeling much more sorted now, though I don't know why you gave me all your timewaster calls for Christmas!  ;D I am abruptly getting timewasters, I must have been mighty blessed managing to avoid them so long- I know it's the thought that counts Cassie and I appreciate you sharing them with me but I am totally regifting your little voodoo curse on me!!  ;D ;D On the plus side though now you are free to usher in a new era!

My favorite callls this week: the guy who took almost 10 (counted) seconds of umming to come up with a name to give me, I even had enough time to suggest 'James Tiberius Kirk?' and also the guy who asked twice if I am blond and if I own any lingerie, before adding 'like panties and bras?'  ;D
