This is what I can think of if you are not high volume traffic but seems legit.

I copied the job description breakdown from g..o..o..g..l..e..

  • Therapist. Therapists work in a number of fields related to the body and mind, and help patients deal with mental, emotional and physical issues, create specific therapies and exercises for the individual, and develop plans for ongoing care to improve their lives.
  • Tailor.  Responsible for constructing, altering, repairing, or modifying garments for customers based on their specifications, needs, and preferences. They take customers' measurements, assist in fabric selection, and arrange fittings to determine whether additional adjustments are needed.
  • Or a Photographer.

If you're going to escort from the flat, you need to think of a reason for people to visit (post COVID); if not, just choose an office type job that's easily done with a laptop.

I just said I was self employed. They never asked for any details, just proof of earnings.

    Hi Suzi,
I rented flats in London via estate agencies over the years and also gave the same ‘self employed  hairdresser and make up artist’ story.
Get an accountant to verify your income by showing him bank statements etc.... and your are in!
If you are in London as I was out in the suburbs, people tend to mind their own business.
    Good luck!
