Me being me, I always like personal improvement. Even if there is nothing wrong with my existing service, I do like to continually progress. Not only does it keep my current clients interested but will hopefully create interest from new clients.

The first way I want to improve is my image but to be honest I am struggling to find ways how. Not that I think I am a stunner by any means, but because I literally don't know how!! So far I always have clean and styled hair, fingers and toenails painted and chip free, I use very good quality and expensive make up which is kept quite natural (no heavy eye make up or excessive foundation and blush), I wear good quality lingerie and outfits, mainly Anne Summers, and always wear a nice watch and earrings. I am quite petite at a size 8 and am 5 foot 3. I have good, clear skin and straight, white(ish) teeth. The main issues I have with my body are that I want to tone up, I have fairly noticeable stretch marks on my hips, stomach and inner thighs and would LOVE bigger boobs. Aside from having surgery, how can I address the issues of stretch marks and small boobs to improve on my image? Do you have any further ideas on how I can optimise my image?

In terms of services, I would love to develop on domination and BDSM. I offer mild dom at the moment but am constantly being asked for BDSM; in truth I have no idea where to start with that or how to self-teach. I do not offer PSE as I would not enjoy this type of service, so that does cut out quite a lot of activities that could be offered.

I have not had any complaints on the service that I do offer, I have a lot of regulars and I am always busy, but I would like some help on self-improvement within this industry!!

Maybe some examples of ways you guys have improved over your time in this industry?

Naked chef, not all men like big fake boobs. I have natural small ones and I'm much busier than my GF with fake double DD's. No need to run to the surgeon (unless big boobs is what you've always wanted for your personal life and you can't go on without them). If you alter your body do it for personal reasons, NOT for clients. Besides, and I know this is going to sound weird, but what matters in this business is your personality, and that's what make you unique and the reason why you are liked and have so many regulars. Looks don't matter that much in this business, personality DOES. If you're successful the way you are just leave it that way. Dedicate your extra energy doing a personal defence course, or learn how to cook or work on your social life. Sorry for sounding like your grandmother

I'd echo what Ana says about breast enlargement. Unless you get a great, expensive surgeon they can look awful.

Re. BDSM, how about seeing if there's a local group near you that do 'munches'? You find some people there willing to introduce you to the scene/activities in a non-pressured environment. Or find a local domme and see if she will mentor you?

Thank you Ana, I agree completely in regards to personality being a more important factor. I have always been secretly hung up on these body perfections / imperfections and I think because my body is on show constantly it is making me more self conscious about them. I would like to feel more confident and I suppose by using work as a good reason to do it, then it's likely I will do something about it. I would never have surgery, I don't hate my boobs THAT much but I am quite self conscious about them. I would never change my appearance purposely for work; there is a market for every shape, size and looks!

I mean I have men inspecting and evaluating my body and performance almost on a daily basis, an I silly to worry about that?

Hi naked chef

If you would like the appearance of bigger boobs at a faction of the cost say for dinner dates pictures etc then try this tip.
Take your contour colour/bronzer and draw in a martini glass shape in your cleavage (just like a "Y")

Then with your favourite highlighter at the top of the "Y" in between your breasts, apply your favourite highlighter.

For extra umph apply highlighter to the top of your breasts and the sides of the "Y" as this will reflect light while the contour creates depth giving the appearance of a deeper cleavage.

I never analyse my body, when heavier and my boobs were a DD/E I had clients love them then I lost weight and they are now a full C so I changed my profile to reflect my new size and smaller boobs with updated photos and I still get clients.
I find most of them are very attracted to an escorts personality as they're usually so nervous and self conscious themselves and their own body image beer belly, balding, back acne (we all know the list goes on) add that to performance jitters they don't seem to notice any of my imperfections.
Forget the fake boobs, concentrate on a positive attitude, a genuine smile and a happy disposition those are the best assets an escort can have.

Looks wise:

Eyelash extensions once a month? Get GOOD quality ones from brow bar or something like that. Because bad ones last like a week and good ones last a month. - ?65

Agent provocatuer are having a sale where you can get full sets for about ?160 too if you want the luxury type lingerie. Ann summers I feel isn't the best.

Stetch marks...... You could try microdermabrasion on the area but really you can't get rid of and everyone has them. Never been bothered by mine personally.

Boobs can only be enlarged by surgery, I've tried the enlargment pills, they just make you retain water all over so pretty pointless. I am saving for fat transfer myself. You have to really look into it though.

Service wise:

- Cuddle therapy
- Nuru massage
- Dinner dates
- Domination
- Pole dancing. < Men love it. and its a nice time filler without timewasting.
- Hot tub.

All these need money though so *shrugs* over time ive added to my service. Only thing I can't do is domination, wish I could but i think you have to be naturally into it really. There are schools for domination but they are pricey and I doubt you'd be able to pick it up in a day. There are SOOO many kinks and specialities it really is complex and daunting.

Getting more clietns through the doorwise:

- Advertise on other places bar AW. Such as vivastreet, backpage, creating your own website. I've found punterlink to be SO good but you need to create your own website for that.

It sounds like you already present yourself beautifully- with regards to wanting to tone up, I'm sure someone else can advise there...

Now, for services- I'm not sure how long you have been escorting for but I found over time that new ideas for services just sort of emerge from what you have been doing with clients and discovering new things men may enjoy and then promoting them in a way that gets you noticed by clients looking for such a thing or by ramping up the SEO on your website to get yourself found by those googling specifics.

With me it was anal play- I did a few, invested in some butt plugs and beads etc and some latex gloves- wrote about it in my blog, added it as a service and now I get loads and the more you do the better you get at it and will be more confident on offering and promoting the service. This is just an example, and could go for other things within BDSM- You don't have to do EVERYTHING connected to it- just pick an aspect that you enjoy and figure out how you can get better- as someone suggested local BDSM groups or find a friendly domme who might help.

Maybe if you get a call asking you for something you haven't done and he sounds nice explain you've not done it before but you're willing to give it a go if he is happy to talk you through what he wants as long as he understands you're not an expert. Nice clients will do this and enjoy the idea of teaching someone.

Or maybe you have a regular client you get on with who might want to try something new...

I have learned some of my best tricks off clients! They may as well be useful in some way!

I came across that boob bronzer trick last night on you tube so was going to try it out but now that you are suggesting it too makes me want to try it more!

Pole dancing!! Yes! I would love to explore that and I suppose installing a pole and hiding it from landlord visits wouldn't be toooo painstaking :-P I am going to research into different courses and classes I can start taking: pole dancing, BDSM, tantra massage (nuru is a bit messy for me, unless I can charge more for the extra cleanup time involved!!)

Stop looking at your own ideas of perfection. There are clients for all sizes of breasts, for example (and some very dodgy breast enlargements out there...) and eventually you will realise that the vast majority of men do not care about stretch marks

I would be thinking about your acting skills: can you get more of them to believe that you actually are really pleased to see them, to fuck them, and have them come back? It's not the eyelashes that are important - if they primarily wanted to see great eyelashes, they'd be looking in cosmetics catalogues - it's the 'I want you' look in the eyes.

.. but the fact that you have plenty of clients coming back suggests you're doing lots right.

You can charge more for nuru for sure, I charge ?40 more for it when i am offering it and it's a popular service. but then again i don't offer it ALL the time so i suppose they jump at it when its available.

Pole dancing you can literally start asap, My first night at a strip club I was onthe pole, crap at it but even if you are crap and just posing on the pole men like to oggle and enjoy.

Pole dancing is easy to pick up some form of routine. I put a pole up in my room temp and it didn't make a mark, might make a carpet mark if you leave it up too long but can take them down with ease so *shrugs* Youtube have some set pole routines, even the beginner look impressive.

Personally I find spinning poles easier but then again i've never worked with a static pole but when its a spinning pole it kind of helps you around the pole

Ooh, I really want to try pole dancing, and even more so after reading this thread. Do the portable poles spin? Or can you get ones that spin and install easily? Would portable ones be the way to go if you're renting, do you think?

I had a pole up for a while in my bedroom. (since I hate dancing for punters I removed it and stuck it in home gym for fun.)

They often do pole classes in community centres, village halls now for a fiver a session. Great fun as well as use full for work. You can get a static pole on ebay for about 40 quid, three small screw holes in ceiling and a mark on carpet is worth it.

I did burlesque and that went down very very well with client when on my profile/gallery, lots of requests and ppl returning for more.

Thinking about it all. I think someone else said, there is work for every size, age etc and changing your appearance could cost you money you don't need to spend and may lose you some bookings but gain you others. Is it really worth all the hassle.

I, too, think personality is so much more important. If you try to change your personality you may come across as fake and put clients off returning.

You also stated previously somewhere I think (if I'm wrong I apologise) that you wanted to cut down work so when you've got so many regulars are you bothering with all this wanting to change.

If you want to tone yourself up for personal reasons then there is nothing wrong with that. You don't need to be stick thin to work.

I am old, overweight and hardly ever wore a lot of make up and have never had manicures/nails done in my life and same with pedicures. I still had a successful business going though.

Just enjoy doing the work as yourself. As was stated, if it works, don't change it. Or if you do, do it for yourself.
