Well,it doesn't says anywhere on a leaflet of Active Balance,that you do not suppose to have sex on day after use.It doesn't cause damage to condoms unlike some similar products.I use it It's best vaginal gel,I've ever had.The only problem is that it's difficult to get it in Ireland,and I'm not keen on other staff.

No I didn't mean that. At the clinic they just said use 1 sachet a week & try to use it at night wen yr not going to be having sex the next day.

Hi girls, the new andrex wet toilet roll is brilliant can buy the easy refill boxes, there made for intimate areas and regular use and dont leave the smell of baby wipe.
Can be a little expensive but on offer at most places atm.

Well girlies i used to use femfresh but with washing so much you can get bv my doc told me it was the over washing and the femfresh that was stripping my bits of its natural bacteria.
So now i have a load of clean flannels and i just use good old fashioned water and if i have had a heavy session just jump in the shower.

I have always washed my bits using baby soap and a shower head washing thoroughly.I do that after seeing a client. I am constantly told I have a lovely tasting pussy so I am obviously doing something right. It's not everyones cup of tea to wash that way but being in that line of work you do worry about not smelling right.
