I very much agree with LL in that although there are averages, the scope of prices is broad and it really is a case of each to their own.

I do a regular rate which dips me below what I would like, but personally can not go lower as it would really not be worth all my effort (in all forms).

I really hope that the independent escorts do not dip their general prices in order to compete with the cheaper ladies. I think you will find that it will do us well over the coming changes to stick to our guns, it may get quiet briefly, but it will pick up again.

Ive got to admit, when Im online and things are a little quiet I will do a little recky to see if others in my area are working that day or look over AW. I just do it to pass the time. Does it make me change my profile or my charges, not in the slightest.

I only change my profile WHEN I WANT TO and nothing to do with what others are doing.

In essence the guys may see those charging more as having more on the premises when they visit, and more to rob them of, so it could really bring more nutters.

No but they may see the person charging more as an easier target as they may have more money on premises.

Really no one knows but to me it seems more logical .........

I dont get the point of only charging like ?50 for an hour as it means you need two appointments as opposed to one if you charge ?100+. I would rather see 2-3 guys in a day and make ?200-?300 than 4-6 guys for the same amount.

Paid sex isn't a perfect market so there isnt a fixed price above which all demand goes away and below which you can sell as much as you want. Also people may be prepared to pay more for something they perceive as a superior product. That said very few people want to pay more than they have to for the same thing and in times when someone is short of cash they are more likely to shop in Primark than Harrods (personally I love Primarni).

So unless we can distinguish our product/selves from others, on average, we will get less customers if rates drop on average and we dont move in line to some extent.

We could stick to our guns/prices and stick our heads in the sand and bottoms in the air (actually that may even be a new premium rate service we can add, misionary, doggy, Cow Girl, Ostrich ?) but I'd rather be aware of what prices are out there so I can position

myself accordingly.
