If you really wanted to stay there after you could just say" are you sure that is nice of you i could do with some time to myself to just relax and you sure you won't need to come back?"

I understand the overthinking, it's basically my hobby . You could email saying something along the lines of 'yes, thanks that would be a lovely opportunity for me to relax blah blah, of course if you need to return to the room just text and I'll go home since our time together has already ended'. Something like that wouldn't be offensive to a genuine client but would signal to a boundary pusher that you're not going to put up with any shit. Then you can always move rooms and enjoy a massive hotel bed  .
