To do with your pictures i hate to say it but even if he agreed to delete them etc chances are he will keep a copy.

If he has a cell left on his brain I highly doubt he would want to keep evidence of something that would land him in jail. If she goes to the po-po and press charges he's going to get a knock on the door one morning and have all his laptops/phone/hard drives/cameras confiscated. But them some people are quite thick so you never know.
