Had anybody else noticed the increase in walkers just now

I’ve been working many years and very rarely get walk outs. This week on tour I’ve had 4  :FF

Just wondering if anybody is getting the same in tour

Hi

Yeah I have CE and nothing showed up on it for the last one. But I had a strange feeling when he arrived and called me something wasn’t right he took ages to find door and wouldn’t show his face on the spy hole.
I don’t show face pics either never had issues until recently these look and go’s seem to be coming out the wood work a lot.

I think a small percentage of them do it if there skint but want a cheap frill but pay and stay sometimes. A regular once told me he did this every now again..
Disgusting.

I do think there is more risk of these if touring and your new to the area. I always check every number on CE but occasionly they get a new number.

No, but they usually come in 2's or 3's every 2nd year or so for me so maybe you've just been unlucky.

Hey I noticed that too  :) It's like busses. I rarely have walk outs on tour but I expect the odd fool every now and then.

Your gut told you he was a wrong un, especially the no-face. We all have these days when we're 75% running on all cylinders. Annoying as F but at least he didn't hide his face cause he had darker motives.

I've challenged them a couple of times and it's been quite interesting as I've been between them and the door and demanded an explanation.

Client A: Told me I don't like like my pictures. I pushed him (as I'd just had a photo shoot) and said 'Isn't it more likely that you don't have the balls to go through with this?" To which he replied that that was the real reason but it was easier to say I didn't look like my pics.

Client B: Came in then said he'd left his wallet in the car. I said, " Look, I know you don't want to stay but I'd like to know why?" He replied that he wanted to see the dark haired girl. It turns out that he had booked me but thought he had booked my friend from our duo profile even though the numbers were different. He was basically just a stupid fuck who got confused. (My dark haired friend took one look at him and said, " No Thanks!")

Client C: Told me he wasn't what he was expecting (no idea why, maybe he got confused too!) but handed me £100 for 'wasting my time.'

Client D: Literally came in the room then said "I can't do this," before he legged it like Road Runner!

My point is that most of these men, in my opinion, are stupid. I don't take Walkers personally. Half of them don't or can't read profiles properly, the other half have no balls.

Don't get me wrong, I think in 8 years I have had maybe 2 deliberate ones but I honestly think that category is very small and I can only but imagine the tragic little private lives they lead!

I've said this before, but if you think of them as 4 year old's (mentally) then you'll sleep easier at night.

I’m 48 years of age and I’ve been in this business since I was 19, fortunately in that time I can count on one hand the number of “look & goes” I’ve had. However this says nothing about my “looks” and everything about my screening. I also would never take it as a personal insult as  I realise it says more about them than it does us. We can’t float everyone’s boat no matter how great looking we are.
What does freak me out though is the fact that some chancer now has my address 🤨

You make a good point, Gina and it must be more unsettling if it is a private address.
Thankfully,  I'm a touring escort and don't have that issue but it's still a bit unsettling that they have the room number/flat number.
Luckily, it's not a regular occurrence for the majority of us.

If they walk out for whatever reason unless bait and switch they should offer compensation for our time and money lost. Decent guys would do this and understand this is a business not a charity.

I do agree they come in spates might not get any for a really long time then could do get 2 in a day. The ones that do it as a hobby love the new profiles or new tourers as they need flesh meat to prey on as gone through all the local workers.

I've had a few walkouts when I first started but that was due to me:

a) not screening properly and
b) being scouted out by local pimps to see if I was going to be competition to their brothel girls

Nowadays, I get no walkouts because:

a) I screen so stringently now I ensure I get the clients who are sure I'm the escort for them
b) I've stopped seeing "youngish" clients
c) I've relaxed my MO so it doesnt seem as if I'm operating a business but more like a FWB where I get a cash benefit  for being his "friend" for an hour

I think one of the reasons that a lot of walkers are coming out of the woodwork could be due to the lack of cash flow some of the punters are experiencing due to the pandemic.  They've become much more discerning on how they spend their money and won't hesitate to walk if anything displeases them about an appointment.

I had a client yesterday who told me he walked on another provider simply because it looked like she hadn't vacuumed her front hallway carpets!!!!   ::) ::) ::)

Don't take them personally and just say to yourself "that rejection was God's protection"  and put it out of your mind.

What does that entail - do punters just call round when they feel like it?

I don't get walkers (or at least very rarely), but nobody who contacts me is in any doubt about the terms (agreeing a time, booking duration and confirming my rates/services and so on) and I've never had any problems with it being clear that I'm running a business?

Haha lumpylips i want it to come across as a business and not just friends shagging as it would be a nightmare for me with them crossing the blur lines.

Yes two weeks ago has first walk out since I starting working again 3 months ago after a 8 year break. Today I thought he was going to walk but got the cash off him and he stayed. Hope I don't get anymore anytime soon lol

I've changed my business model.   I make each appointment seem as if they are coming to see their "intimate friend" who they help out financially rather than it seeming as if I'm running a conveyor belt service.

I've got/had a very "in your face" personality and it was interpreted as "abrasive" and I think punters on this side of the world didn't quite know how to handle me; so, over the years, I've "softened" my approach and more recently, since my attack, I've changed my services offered, timings and clientele, so nowadays, I only take clients that I can be tactile with and give them a relaxed FWB experience.

To a degree, I have a similar approach
