I only work in hotels or apartments when touring and I always let my security buddy know every detail of my location, such as room number, hotel/apart name and address, their contact number, the name I booked it in etc etc.
I then tell them when to expect me to contact them and if they don't hear within 30min/1hr to start the emergency process

I know it's maybe different to working in a flat but I would do the same as above

Sometimes, I get this type of thought going through at night briefly.  I try not to think too deeply as I gather that it's the state of mind more than anything else.

Lots of single women die alone as a recluse in their old age, Greta Garbo was one.  At least, we have our clients.  ;D

I live on my own so it would be a while before anyone would notice me vanished anyway! My mum always says she knows I am still alive by checking my Facebook account!

I'd just call 999 I wouldn't care what they thought of me  if I'd not passed out before hand.
I tend to work from home so they would discover what I did  as toys usually sitting on bedside cabinet !!
