what do you think? problem only to receive money on bank account, or on prepaid card too?

All we can do is apologise for the fact that the five companies we are trying to open accounts with are unable to process our application and set-up our accounts in a timely manner.  We were promised to be up and running by 10:30 AM and it's been a game of hide and seek ever since.  Accordingly and with regret we have to advise that UK FPS payments will not be made before next week.  Our efforts to get things up and running will continue through the weekend.
 
There will be one Payoneer, Paxum and PayToo payment run on Saturday and Sunday at 13:00 UK time, for any converted transfers that were due for payment last Tuesday.

Who are these people making/withdrawing thousands of dollars on AW/Payoneer?

It's all a wee bit confusing as to what is actually going to happen.  Is this is for cam etc being gently paid to UK accounts or a temporary glitch do we think

You can either:
Join one of the daily pay groups (I'm with Daily Pay Service and they're great)
Open a Payoneer or Paxum account - I haven't done this so can't comment on the process

You cannot otherwise be paid by cheque or bank transfer.

I do think this will be sorted probably within the next couple of weeks. AW are a very big and juicy bit of business for someone to take on. However I do suspect they may hike their fees as part of that.
