Yes it's a US site - I get spam from them fairly often and I just dump it. 'Whitelisting' is something that the likes of TER and P411 do, and usually means that some arbitrary number of prossies they've seen have given them the thumbs up .

I am base in Canada, ,but tour the States often.
Verify him is quite a well know and esthablish website.
You do however have to "prove" that you are a SW. By reviews, twitter, being vouch by a friend.
What is great about this website is that the crawler they have will show you everything under the infos you have of the guys

It is possible to post blacklist on a guy that no show/was violent etc.
But what I like is that if you search an email address it will take everything he is register under this address, even dating website, facebook, reviews board, ebay etc.
Which will prove that "John SMith' say who he is.
