Sorry if this is in the wrong place

I am looking to do more Incall days but where I am there is only one workable hotel.

I am near enough to Glasgow to go there but even it is limited unless I want to pay a fortune.

I would like to do regular daytime bookings too but there is only one place offers dayrooms.

So my question is how often could I get away with using the same place and what do others in this type of situation do.
