Depends who I'm talking to, I tell most people I'm a nanny or that I work in a pub as people don't find either of those professions terribly interesting and it makes sense with my age. When I was looking for flats I told them I was a massage therapist. I wouldn't tell friends or family that tho as they'd all begin asking for massages!

My close friends & family members I know I can trust all know what I do. If anyone else asks me, I tell them I'm self-employed in entertainment. If they press for details, I tell them I'm on down time & don't want to discuss work.
