I got a response today saying some profiles were unassigned due to technical error…
I’m not bothering replying. Didn’t find much business through them.

Mines been wiped. No reply form webmaster. My login details still work, I filled my profile back in and added photos but it's not showing and now asking to buy credits.

I mean I know they want to make money, but a quick mass email to everyone to say it's having redesign and they start charging such and such from dates. Not just reset your whole profile! Terrible customer service.

I can't find a delete my profile button either! I can't be arsed with it so just want to delete it

I'm not sure how much business I get from that site, but my phone has been very quiet lately. Maybe that's just a coincidence. But I did get my very first booking from there which I will always remember.

If u advertise with vivastreet, their website was down this morning but it’s back online.
 Might be the reason.

Just seen this thread after I posted a new one re no phone numbers being on the site. Can someone please check?

I wouldn't have minded so much if they had given us notice but turns out when they think we'll need them more than they need us, they sink to AW levels and just change everything with no thought to the workers.

My profile has come back but I've had to alter my age and all my private photos are now public and the delete button is not working! 

What the F do I do?!
